Step outside and have a barbecue, there is a swimingpool and garden area. In only 10 min. Driving by car you will reach the city center and in 15 min the crystal clear waters of the beaches Alcúdia or Pollença. Swimmingpool dimension are: 13 m long x 6 meters wide. Max capacity 8 adults + 2 kids (under 2 years old)

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room.
