Marian’s home is lovely and we truly enjoyed our stay. The photos don’t do justice to the spacious rooftop patio where we enjoyed sunning. Everything needed for beach days from towels to umbrellas is provided. Highly recommend staying at Marian’s!

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

We stayed in Maripaz's cottage for six nights during our vacation in Menorca. We had a great time, the apartment has all the essentials (pots, plates, washing machine, etc.), ample indoor parking, swimming pool, a beautiful garden and is located in a very convenient location and very close to Mao airport. Finally, Maripaz is a very kind and helpful host. The only note is that the sofa bed can be a little uncomfortable to rest on despite a topper being provided to place on top. Overall, I recommend Maripaz's cottage also for its good value for money.

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The location was fantastic, right on the water away from busy touristy places. We swam every morning right from the house, and there were nice little beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful house, everything we needed was there. Nice linens, nice beds, nice bathroom, kitchen fully equipped. Good parking for rental and guest car; neighbors quiet and nice. Michele is a very nice guy; very friendly and met us and answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. When we had questions during our stay he always responded right away. He was very flexible out our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay at Michele's again and recommend it to family and friends.

We spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful home in Menorca. We are a family of a father and three young boys, and this house has exceeded all expectations. Spacious, cozy and with a magnificent garden and cared for in every detail, it immediately made us feel at home. It is clear that this house has been loved and cared for by a family before us and that it continues to do so with great dedication over time. Juanjo , the host, was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and postpone checkout, and gave us great tips for exploring the island. The super equipped kitchen was a real paradise for us who love to cook. We were able to prepare our favorite dishes as if we were at home, which we really appreciated. Our experience in Menorca was also made perfect thanks to this wonderful house. We can't wait to get back! also the beach is really close!

We went with two little kids and it is very convenient. Elena is a great host, very kind, responsive and will do her best to make your stay the more pleasant as possible! The pool and the playground were highly appreciated by the kids. I have to say that end of May the complex was very quiet and the neighbours (mix of locals and turists) very respectful. The place is clean, and has everything to make light meals at home- also some coffee/tea, toilet paper, shampoo etc were provided. I would definitely recommend the apartment if you go with small kids! About the area, you have supermarkets, a pharmacy and plenty of restaurants nearby. However we found the area a bit too touristy, but that is more personal! You also have a bigger playground in the main square which was a plus for us.

Very helpful host for directions and tips for the area (useful directions for restaurants). Accommodation as pictured and provided with amenities described. Quiet area with ample parking. Only downside, not the best kitchen for cooking and an impractical bathroom, Wi-Fi signal is not always present. Everything else is great.

We had 7 wonderful days in the cozy apartment. Although it was already quite hot during the day at the beginning of June, you could ventilate well at night. There is also air conditioning. The humidity in Menorca can be very high. From the balcony (with awning) you have a beautiful view of the sea. Right behind the apartment is the pool in the very nicely landscaped and quiet garden. Parking is sufficiently available. The surroundings are very steep, you should be good on foot. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the sea. The apartment has everything you need. Gas stove (no oven), large refrigerator, small appliances and washing machine, beach equipment with umbrella and binoculars. The cleanliness was fine, not quite perfect. Carmen was always quick to reach, very friendly and could give good recommendations. Muchas Gracias.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Manuel’s place is very well equipped and, although on the smaller side, it offered plenty of space for three adults and our 5-month-old. The terrace is beautiful—especially in the evenings—and the pool is a great size and depth, and was often empty when we wanted to use it. What really makes this place stand out is Manuel’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches. He provided us with a fantastic list of activities, local beaches, and restaurant recommendations, which made exploring so easy. The local beach just a few minutes’ drive away ended up being our favourite of all the places we visited—plenty of space and very relaxing. I’d highly recommend staying here. We’d love to come back!

We've had a very nice stay in Fornells for 1 week with our 5-month baby. The flat is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and the town wasn't very busy at this time of year. The terrace and living room are quite cosy, and did not get too hot/cold depending of the weather. Mattress was comfy. We could have wish for more kitchen utensils (larger pots essentially, and sharper knives), and the baby cot was a bit stiff, but those are minor issues ! The rental is managed by a location agency, directions were very clear and we could join them easily. Will come back !

A perfect holiday week, Elsa is an amazing hostess!

This is a perfect villa for a family holiday. the location is convenient for the beach, this is a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy cove with a restaurant. the local shop has everything you need and a larger supermarket is also in walking distance as are several good restaurants. you could manage without a car. the villa is fully equipped with everything, as much as I have at home. This is our second visit.

Our stay was just what we needed. The house is perfect. Very clean, roomy with many diffrent bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate different configurations or adults and kids and multiple families. The villiage is more for hotel guests and focused on tourists with some amenities and limited restaurants outside the hotels but there are lots of places within 15-30 mins driving to explore and the benefit is you are right at the beach!

Lived up to our expectations. The villa was great and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great having all the different areas to relax. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Victor responded to questions very quickly and gave great recommendations of local restaurants. We even got to check in early as Victor got in touch to say villa was ready. Would definitely reccomend Victors villa, worth the money. A very good holiday!

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. The stay was spectacular, the house completely matches the photos. Comfortable, safe, with all the details and utensils needed to spend a wonderful week. The attention from the owner was excellent, always available to resolve any doubts, in a friendly and quick manner. Great location, with beautiful views over the sea, great sunsets and very peaceful. Easy to walk to a little cove for a swim and two good bars for drinks/food. Host was very good at communicating and provided us with lots of info before our stay, not needed whilst we stayed though! Villa a good size and cot and high chair provided for baby.

We have just had a fantastic 10 day holiday in this beautiful and peaceful villa. The villa layout was perfect for us, along with a well equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room. The beds were comfortable and the Aircon was nice and quiet. The outdoor space was just amazing, lots of places to sit and relax. The sunset from the roof terrace is a must to see. The pool is a good size and deep enough to dive into, especially on those really hot days! The morning chorus of the birds was a treat to hear, we would have loved to have stayed longer and attracted them into the garden. Thank you to Hollie for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa and for responding to our enquiries promptly. We really didn't want to leave!!
