Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Binibeca

Hemos estado super a gusto en la casa. Es preciosa, con mucho encanto y auténtica. La cocina esta super bien equipada y no les falta detalle: tenían hasta sombrillas y toallas de playa... El trato con el anfitrión es super fácil y atento. ¡Esperamos repetir el año que viene! Muchas gracias :)

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage di Maripaz sei notti durante la nostra vacanza a Minorca. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento dispone di tutti gli essenziali (pentole,piatti, lavatrice,ecc), ampio parcheggio interno, piscina, un bellissimo giardino ed è situato in una posizione molto comoda e vicinissima all'aeroporto di Mao. Infine Maripaz è una host molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota è che il divano letto può risultare un po' scomodo per riposate nonostante venga fornito un topper da posizionavi sopra. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare il cottage di Maripaz anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Super schön renoviertes altes Dorfhaus in zweiter Reihe vom Hafen von Cala Rajada. Mit viel Geschmack umgebaut und eingerichtet. Minimalistisch und doch gemütlich. Perfekt zum Relaxen. Strahlt Ruhe aus. Sehr sauber. Toller Innenhof (patio) und Innenbalkon, aber dafür keine Terrasse mit Aussicht - wie es eben zu einem mallorquinischen Dorfhaus gehört. Fußläufig zu Restaurants, Geschäften und der Uferpromenade, sowie zu dem traumhaften kleinen Strand Cala Gat. Für uns ideal, weil jeder auch mal selbständig was unternehmen konnten und wir nicht immer auf das Auto angewiesen waren. Ideal für wer keine Standard-Touristenherberge will und doch nicht auf einer Finca weit ab von allem. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

The location was fantastic, right on the water away from busy touristy places. We swam every morning right from the house, and there were nice little beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful house, everything we needed was there. Nice linens, nice beds, nice bathroom, kitchen fully equipped. Good parking for rental and guest car; neighbors quiet and nice. Michele is a very nice guy; very friendly and met us and answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. When we had questions during our stay he always responded right away. He was very flexible out our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay at Michele's again and recommend it to family and friends.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questa splendida casa a Minorca. Siamo una famiglia composta da un papà e tre ragazzi giovani, e questa casa ha superato ogni aspettativa. Spaziosa, accogliente e con un giardino magnifico e curato in ogni dettaglio, ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa. È evidente che questa casa è stata amata e curata da una famiglia prima di noi e che continua a farlo nel tempo con grande dedizione. Juanjo , l'host, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, permettendoci di anticipare il check-in e posticipare il check-out, e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per esplorare l'isola. La cucina super attrezzata è stata un vero paradiso per noi che amiamo cucinare. Abbiamo potuto preparare i nostri piatti preferiti come se fossimo a casa, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. La nostra esperienza a Minorca è stata resa perfetta anche grazie a questa casa meravigliosa. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! oltretutto la spiaggia è veramente vicina!

Es hätte nicht schöner sein können, auf Menorca zu wohnen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

We went with two little kids and it is very convenient. Elena is a great host, very kind, responsive and will do her best to make your stay the more pleasant as possible! The pool and the playground were highly appreciated by the kids. I have to say that end of May the complex was very quiet and the neighbours (mix of locals and turists) very respectful. The place is clean, and has everything to make light meals at home- also some coffee/tea, toilet paper, shampoo etc were provided. I would definitely recommend the apartment if you go with small kids! About the area, you have supermarkets, a pharmacy and plenty of restaurants nearby. However we found the area a bit too touristy, but that is more personal! You also have a bigger playground in the main square which was a plus for us.

Host molto disponibile per indicazioni e consigli per la zona (indicazioni utile per ristoranti). Alloggio come da foto e fornito dei servizi descrizione. Zona tranquilla con ampio parcheggio. Unica pecca, cucina non il massimo per cucinare e bagno poco pratico, Wi-Fi segnale non sempre presente. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Wir hatten 7 wundervolle Tage in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Obwohl es Anfang Juni tagsüber schon ziemlich heiß war, konnte man nachts gut kühl durchlüften. Zusätzlich gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf Menorca kann sehr hoch sein. Vom Balkon (mit Markise) hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Direkt hinter der Wohnung liegt der Pool im sehr schön angelegten und ruhigen Garten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr steil, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Bis zum Meer geht man ca. 20-30 min. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Gasherd (kein Backofen), großer Kühlschrank, Kleingeräte und Waschmaschine, Strandequipment mit Schirm und Fernglas. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, nicht ganz perfekt. Carmen war immer schnell erreichbar, sehr freundlich und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben. Muchas Gracias.

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Manuel’s place is very well equipped and, although on the smaller side, it offered plenty of space for three adults and our 5-month-old. The terrace is beautiful—especially in the evenings—and the pool is a great size and depth, and was often empty when we wanted to use it. What really makes this place stand out is Manuel’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches. He provided us with a fantastic list of activities, local beaches, and restaurant recommendations, which made exploring so easy. The local beach just a few minutes’ drive away ended up being our favourite of all the places we visited—plenty of space and very relaxing. I’d highly recommend staying here. We’d love to come back!

We've had a very nice stay in Fornells for 1 week with our 5-month baby. The flat is located in a very quiet neighborhood, and the town wasn't very busy at this time of year. The terrace and living room are quite cosy, and did not get too hot/cold depending of the weather. Mattress was comfy. We could have wish for more kitchen utensils (larger pots essentially, and sharper knives), and the baby cot was a bit stiff, but those are minor issues ! The rental is managed by a location agency, directions were very clear and we could join them easily. Will come back !

Pasamos unos días fantásticos. El alojamiento es tal y como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Muy funcional y acogedor. Es perfecto para ir en familia o amigos. Aunque en este último caso hay que tener en cuenta que sólo hay una cama doble. Son Parc es lo que es: un conjunto residencial turístico muy tranquilo, algo alejado eso sí, y con una play preciosa. A nosotros nos funcionó a la perfección por su buena relación calidad-precio y también porqué levantarse con las vistas que tiene la terraza del mar no tiene precio. Repetiríamos sin duda. Y además Elsa fue muy amable y siempre estuvo rápida en responder cualquier duda.

Ein wundervolles Haus, toll eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht, inklusive einer Anlage die Trinkwasser filtert, was super praktisch war. Die Betten waren super gemütlich, der Pool war klasse und die Küchen Einrichtung perfekt! Es ist super ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuss in 5mn vom schönen Badestrand, einem Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants entfernt. Mit dem Auto sowieso perfekte Lage zur Erkundung der Insel.

Our stay was just what we needed. The house is perfect. Very clean, roomy with many diffrent bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate different configurations or adults and kids and multiple families. The villiage is more for hotel guests and focused on tourists with some amenities and limited restaurants outside the hotels but there are lots of places within 15-30 mins driving to explore and the benefit is you are right at the beach!

Lived up to our expectations. The villa was great and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great having all the different areas to relax. The pool was lovely and well maintained. Victor responded to questions very quickly and gave great recommendations of local restaurants. We even got to check in early as Victor got in touch to say villa was ready. Would definitely reccomend Victors villa, worth the money. A very good holiday!

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

La estancia ha sido espectacular, la casa se corresponde completamente con las fotos. Cómoda, segura, con todos los detalles y utensilios necesarios para pasar una semana maravillosa. La atención por parte del propietario ha sido excelente, siempre con disposición para resolver cualquier duda, de manera amable y rápida. Great location, with beautiful views over the sea, great sunsets and very peaceful. Easy to walk to a little cove for a swim and two good bars for drinks/food. Host was very good at communicating and provided us with lots of info before our stay, not needed whilst we stayed though! Villa a good size and cot and high chair provided for baby.

We have just had a fantastic 10 day holiday in this beautiful and peaceful villa. The villa layout was perfect for us, along with a well equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room. The beds were comfortable and the Aircon was nice and quiet. The outdoor space was just amazing, lots of places to sit and relax. The sunset from the roof terrace is a must to see. The pool is a good size and deep enough to dive into, especially on those really hot days! The morning chorus of the birds was a treat to hear, we would have loved to have stayed longer and attracted them into the garden. Thank you to Hollie for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa and for responding to our enquiries promptly. We really didn't want to leave!!

Ho soggiornato a Villa Carina con la mia famiglia. Siamo stati molto bene! La zona è molto tranquilla, una vera oasi di pace!! Splendidi i tramonti sul mare. Se torneremo a Minorca, sicuramente soggiorneremo di nuovo a casa di Alessandro.
