Located on the 1st floor, it is above a garage, on the other side of our garden and has its own entrance from the street. It is ideally located in the Jouvenet district, quiet and residential and close to the historic heart of Rouen (a 20-minute walk) and Flaubert high school. It is a 4 minute walk to the Boulingrin metro and bus station which serves the whole aglo.

We had 7 adults and 3 under 5s, and although we had a couple of iffy days we always found things to do, and while some I enjoyed a peaceful evening with a glass of wine, some enjoyed a game of snooker/ pool and Fuss-ball. The children loved the huge garden and could run off steam in it and the pool was an instant hit as well. Loved the place and would like to return.

Cecile and her husband were very welcoming. We had a great time at their lovely home and they were very considerate in all aspects. The only downside: the bedrooms overlook a very busy street and in hot weather, it is impossible to sleep with the windows open. Apart from that, the house is really very nice.
