Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

I think this is our third time staying at Craig’s for Ales West. We love that it’s very conveniently located to Coleman Hawkins Park, there’s ample free street parking, and it’s walkable to most breweries and restaurants we like to visit. Very quiet, no street noise, and feels very safe.
