We had a truly memorable two-night stay at Marilyn’s beautiful Big Bear home! On our first night, there was a power outage due to a Public Safety Power Shutoff, but Marilyn went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe, warm, and comfortable. Her thoughtfulness and care really stood out. Just as we were about to head home early after a night without electricity, the power came back on—and Marilyn graciously welcomed us to stay for the second night as originally planned. We're so glad we did! Every corner of her home is thoughtfully decorated and perfect for families, including those with children and pets. Our 4-month-old puppy felt right at home, playing happily in the yard and relaxing calmly indoors without a single accident. It was truly heartwarming to see how quickly he settled in! Overall, our family had a wonderful experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you so much, Marilyn, for making our trip unforgettable!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group!!! It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The towels and linens were of great quality, bathrooms stocked with all the essentials, fenced backyard, easy driveway to park in, and it was close to everything you need. Lidia was very responsive from the start with any questions. We will absolutely be back to rent this house. HIGHLY recommend!!

We come to Big Bear every year and this was my favorite place we've stayed so far. Great location, near the Zoo and Dank Donuts. Trash drop off was only 2 min away. We enjoyed the back yard the most as it was fully fenced for the dogs and the kids loved the hot tub and fire pit for smores! Plenty of space and kitchen had everything we needed. Amazing shower as well! Lastly, Ryan was extremely responsive for any questions we did have and called me within minutes of messaging him. Just amazing!

It’s a pretty house like the one in the fairytale. The vibe is warm and we all kind our favorite sleep area in the house. If you want to find a natural cabin but with modern facilities in big bear Lake, it’s the best option.

Stayed 3 nights and had everything I could possible need! The remote for the living room tv was in the other room so I had a hard time getting the TV to work at first but I finally figured it out. (They should label the remotes perhaps?) And the TV in the bedroom didn’t work but that didn’t bother me. Beautiful space. Inside and out. The backyard is HUGE! I spent most of my time out there. Meals and games at the table, in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Beds were great! Water pressure was awesome! Living room COZY!! Kitchen lovely. Prefect BB Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s cabin. The cabin was clean, spacious and has everything you need. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small children. They loved the outdoor playhouse full of toys and books. The cabin is well located, within walking distance to The Alpine Zoo, some local cafes and hiking trails. Amy is a great host, always responsive. This was our second time staying here and we look forward to returning again.

Check in and check out was very easy. The place was clean and big enough for the party size stated. Great location where many things are accessible with a 5-10 min car ride.

Crystal provided a cozy and comfortable room and bath with access to her home if needed. The space was beautifully decorated and accessorized. Had everything I needed for my short stay.

We were in town for a wedding at the Shay Meadow Ranch and Resort. This was just far enough to be peaceful and quiet, but also close enough to walk the distance in ten minutes. The cabin feels big and our younger guests loved the video game console. There is a nice hot tub. When I saw the Puffs Plus tissue I knew, these guys are all about high quality. Went to get a knife and cutting board, again, high quality! Big fridge. Plenty of seating and a nice breakfast nook area. While I do enjoy wood fires, I also enjoyed not having to deal with ashes with the gas - easy on, easy off - fireplace. The main bathroom is huge and the master bathroom with a shower was great for us guys - the girls took over the main bathroom. Overall this is a great cabin for families, friends or a nice time with your significant other.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The place was immaculately clean and packed with entertainment, from the cozy movie room to the ping pong table, pool table, and fun arcade games, there was always something to do for everyone in our group. The surrounding trees gave it that perfect cabin-in-the-woods vibe, making the whole experience feel peaceful and private. The bedrooms and restrooms were beautifully designed and super comfortable; you can tell a lot of care was put into the details. It did get a little warm inside during the day, as the central A/C wasn’t quite enough to cool the entire space. However, the host provided portable A/C units, which helped, and we appreciated having that option. Speaking of the host, they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd happily return!

Love this little cottage close to the lake. I think the biggest part I loved that wasn’t part of the home is the manual that she had drafted up . It’s perfect if it’s your first time in town and you have no idea what to do in the area. It’s also very helpful because it tells you exactly what you need to do to check in and to check out. It also provides information of what is allowed and not allowed in the house which is 👌🏽. It’s a beautiful home with everything you need. Perfect for children. My kids(7 and 6) especially loved the ping pong table. We came here in the summer which was perfect but I can see that it would be even better to visit during the winter. They offer so many amenities such as heated bathroom, thermostat, as well as the sleds and snowball makers. I wish we could stay longer! Truly an amazing space that was planned perfectly for travelers!

This place was perfect! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight for us was the backyard — it was spacious, fully fenced, and perfect for our German Shepherd to run and play safely. Eric was responsive and friendly and everything was just as described. Highly recommend, especially if you have dogs!

Weekend getaway with my wife was thoroughly enjoyed with the backdrop of beautiful trees and the fresh air breeze. Only complaint the floor had a layer of dirt and the furniture had noticeable animal hair which had me using my lint roller all weekend. Its a minor complaint as we were out and about all weekend but I know for some it would be a major compliment especially some with certain dander and pet allergies
