Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

3 rooms apartment, 2 min walk to S-Bahn Biesdorf

1 min to S-bahn Biesdord. 25 min to Alexsander platz. It is a quiet, green area, perfectly suited to Families. Schlosspark Biesdorf is next door. A lot of the kid's activities and playgrounds, as inside, as well as outside. There is sun on the south terrace to enjoy, but it is very cool inside since the apartment holds the cool air. The apartment was built in Sept 2022, so it is new. Big Supermarket is 200 meters. Kauflend is 10 min walk. Also possible 2 bikes for rent.

If you are looking for peace and quiet as a vacationer after visiting the bustling city or after work or an internship, you have come to the right place. In our garden in front of the bungalow, you can end the day comfortably in the warm season and enjoy the silence, the birdsong and the splashing of our garden fountain. S-Bahn train train, tram and bus are a few minutes' walk away. Just 30 minutes to the city center. Various shopping facilities are provided.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world and will make our guests' stay pleasant. If you wish to stay longer, just ask.

You can stay in my house with a terrace, garden and fireplace. You can get to the city center by public transport (S Bahn 5 or 7). S Bahn is an 8-minute walk away.  30 minutes to the central station, 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Direct traffic through the whole town to Potsdam. If you are traveling by car, you can reach Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes and Brandenburg Gate in 25 minutes.  The house is perfect for families with children or a group of friends.

Well-maintained residential complex with nice playground in the yard and a private parking space (in yard/underground car park) available. Along the shore, you can walk in a few minutes to the worth seeing old town of Köpenick, surrounded by waterways. Within earshot of the stadium of the old forestry and cycling distance to the Wuhlheide (also easy to reach by tram).

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Stay like at grandma's

Large enclosed living area (1 room with bathroom) in a detached house on the 2nd floor, with bathroom, kitchen area and large terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and is about 60 m ² in size. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.
