Vacation rentals with a patio in Biesanz Beach

This place is very clean, the air conditioning works well and bugs were not a problem. It is a condo but we felt like we were the only ones there. The kids loved the swimming pool and it was less than 30 minutes to Manuel Antonio Park. We also hiked the Rainmaker (which my family loved) and that was also less than 30 minutes away. There are two grocery stores within five minutes. Great place to stay in Quepos. We loved going in to Manuel Antonio but then escaping the crowds when we went back to the condo.

The place is super comfortable and in an area super close to everything, we walked all the time because of the proximity. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a pool and a clothesline to wash clothes, although it states that it does not have air conditioning. In our case, we had some very hot days and it was not easy for us to fall asleep, but otherwise it fulfills everything promised! 100% recommended

This was, hands down, the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Super nice, new, spacious, and beautiful home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our family of 5 could spread out and be very comfortable and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Super convenient to walk to several restaurants (four of them are literally right across the street), ice cream, small grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Eight to ten minute drive to Manuel Antonio National Park as well as a fun public beach (Espadilla Beach). Five to ten minutes to downtown Quepos. We were off to activities all day and it was nice to finish the day in the pool at the condo and then beautiful sunset from the penthouse balcony. If we ever come back to Quepos, I would ONLY EVER stay at this place. We loved it and worth every penny (or Colones)!

The place was clean, in a great location, easy to find. I love when a host leaves a manual in the house and local recommendations. The two on-site employees were great and so sweet. Rafa was quick to assist with any questions we had about the location. The monkeys came to see us every morning on the patio. We loved hanging out in the hammock. It was so nice lying in bed, looking out onto the patio and the gorgeous view. The pool was great. Perfect for toddlers with a separate shallow 'hot tub' and shallow entry. We only saw one other couple there during our 3-day stay. Kent was able to arrange last-minute transportation for us. He is very responsive. Highly recommend Kent's place.

We loved this stay, it was beautiful and the location was very good. Jorge was a great host. We definitely felt it was very comfortable and a lovely space. 😍

The place was great. Beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. It was cool staying in a local neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly, including the squirrel monkeys that we saw daily.

The apartment is small but meets everything you need, it is very nice and with a view of the forest. There is security when entering so it's super good if you bring your own car or rented.

After a fiasco with our original Airbnb, I messaged Nicholas and Gelena to see if we could check in as soon as possible. They messaged back within just a couple of minutes and said we could check in within the hour. The house was beautiful. We saw all kinds of birds from the pool; my favorite was the visits by the parrots every evening around 5pm. The location was perfect. 30 minutes to Quepos and 30 minutes to Uvita. The closest beach, playa Matapalo, has sloths in the trees every morning. We got some of the best pictures and videos there! If we ever come back to Costa Rica, this house would be our top choice!! If you’re thinking about booking, do it!! Just make sure you have a rental car with 4wd as you’ll need it to get up to the house.

We loved this place! Close to anything you’ll want to do in Quepos and Manuel Antonio, but still private. You have the whole house to yourself and a private gate. Felt very safe and private! Only noise was from nature (birds and other animals scurrying on the roof), and things falling out of the trees hit the roof occasionally. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. Overall this place is great and we definitely recommend!

Karen’s place was the perfect place for a quiet comfortable clean stay. The kitchen was well equipped, bed & linens were nice and there is an actual comfy sofa which is not always easy to find here in CR! Karen was friendly & very accommodating as we needed an early check in & decided to stay an extra night. She made it effortless. Gracias Karen. We will absolutely choose her casita when we return to Manuel Antonio likely soon!

A beautiful cabin in a secluded area surrounded by nature. The cabin can get really hot, but with the two fans we were able to get a good nights rest. The views were stunning and the cabin was really clean!

An excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended 10/10 The canton of Dota is too beautiful

The house, views and surrounding area was soo peaceful and full of wildlife. I took countless walks morning, afternoon and evening and was always greeted by monkeys (howler, capuchin or squirrel), greet parrots, toucans, iguanas, etc. The neighbors and neighbor dogs I met on my walks were amazing as well and absolutely friendly and welcoming. Close to mangrove tours, the National park, all the restaruants in Quepos/Manual Antonio!

I just want to start off and say that this is the best house that I’ve ever booked a vacation at the people that owned The house are literally amazing and so helpful. The location is so beautiful. Everything is so clean and organized. The air conditioner works amazing Too with the heat they literally booked all of our excursions and picked us up from the house Was always so patient with us and literally made our trip so amazing I will definitely come back worth every penny I had the best birthday ever and the views and the pool was so amazing 100000/10 recommend this house to anyone looking To come to Costa Rica !!!!😍

Don’t believe the 2-star review!!! It couldn't be further from our experience. Katrin is truly the perfect Airbnb host: responsive, warm, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make my boyfriend’s birthday unforgettable. When we arrived, the house was beautifully decorated — something she did all on her own initiative and she helped me arrange a delicious cake and made the perfect dinner reservation for us at Mangata. The house itself is stunning: peaceful, surrounded by nature, and just a short walk from the beach. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed place to stay, look no further. Katrin, you're the best and we’ll absolutely be back! With love

This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

An excellent place for your vacation, close to the beach, it is quiet, good security, clean pool, parking, with all the amenities in the house, the internet works well, the beds are very comfortable.

Their warm and genuine "pura vida" spirit made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to the national park and the beach, as well as several restaurants and bars. Our gps said we were there before we arrived-You’ll be turning on beach park trail rd that may not look like a road you can drive on, but it is.

An excellent location, both for birdwatching, monkeys, etc. for the beauty of the vegetation and its pool, but also for the proximity of the park and the city. Well-equipped accommodation.

Very spacious apartment in a very safe condominium. Excellent location, a five-minute walk to the beach. Close to places to go to eat by car, although it is not necessary because the apartment is very well equipped for cooking. As an extra, it has very useful beach implements to have a better time at the beach or in the pool. We would definitely come back. The bottle of wine was an extra nice touch.
