The private side patio is a fantastic area to sit in the early morning to catch the sounds of the tropical birds attracted to the property. This is a favourite spot to start the morning with a coffee in your hand while enjoying the sunrise. A great place to enjoy a 360 degree view, starting from the ocean, all the way around to the mountains. For those who enjoy to BBQ, why not spend some time using our outside grill. Our outdoor ranch / social area is completely covered, with its own exterior kitchen and long hand crafted dining table. This provides enough space to comfortably host up to 20 people. On the other side of the garden is the viewing tower. Many of our guests love to venture to the top with a cup of coffee and take in the sunrise as a start to the their day. This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!
