Vacation rentals with beach access in Biesanz Beach

Karina and her husband's are lovely people and they gifted one of the best coffee that I had in Costa Rica. The location is convenient and close to the bus station and other restaurants and stores. Going to Manuel Antonio Park is super easy from here. Disclairmer: Unrelated to the airbnb itself Quepos is not a safe town, being out after sunset poses great risk of being mugged, specially in the areas nearby.

Beautiful setting right next to the national park. Easy, quick walk to the beach or park entrance depending on which way you turn. Plenty of good restaurants around as well. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Several convenience stores within a short walk for food and drinks. Would definitely love to stay here if visiting Manuel Antonio again. Andrea was wonderful with her messages and making sure all was well.

Alexander and Maria were so sweet. They were responsive and there for us. The place looks exactly like the pictures, rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. We could not find the hair dryer and when we brought it up to the host, they immediately went out to buy us a new hair dryer on the same day, which touched us deeply. The extra attention made us feel heard and cared for. They also cleaneed the outside of our apartment while we were there, which was extra appreciated considering we would come home with a lot of sand from the beach. Overall, great hosts. Location is a little remote, but the gated garage made us feel safer.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was a great stay, perfectly located between Manuel Antonio and Quepos, which made getting around super convenient! The two-bedroom apartment is cozy, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with plenty of thoughtful amenities. Ideal for a relaxing getaway close to beaches, restaurants, and nature. The host was very attentive and helpful with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! Teri and Rich were absolutely amazing hosts – incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They organized surf lessons for us, personally took us to the beach, and were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed – including a lovely pool to relax in. We felt completely at home and really appreciated the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. This place was perfect place to stay to explore Manuel Antonio National Park! The accommodations were just as depicted and the view from the deck was breathtaking. It was a great place to relax at the end of a day or first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. We especially enjoyed the monkeys who came to visit and came right onto the deck. One of our favorite memories from our trip. This location is also within walking distance of several great restaurants, so it was nice to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. If exploring the Manuel Antonio region, this the perfect place to stay!

We had the loveliest time at this beachfront house. The pool is gorgeous - not too warm or cold. It was so refreshing to relax in the pool and stare at the waves. The house is in the best part of Esterillos, right in front of the “mermaid” and the tide pools. The house is well designed and makes use of all the spaces. It was clean and well equipped. You can also walk to the nearby store and there are a few good restaurants just a block or two away walking along the beach. It was an amazing place to share with family, we will be back!

We were quite pleased with our stay here. The apartment was clean and centrally located. The Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park is a short walk around the corner. The beach is also close by. We walked to the supermarket and local restaurants. We felt safe and comfortable there. We used the San Bada hotel location as the pickup for excursions, which worked well. Overall, we had a great experience. Johnny was always responsive and helpful with recommendations.

This house is amazing! The road is quite bumpy, so be prepared. House is well setup, the open air living space is breathtaking, but be prepared for mosquitos. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Do note: they are on opposite sides of the living space, so if you have littles that aren’t comfortable being far from parents in a new place, plan on some co-sleeping. Also, on downstairs room has AC. Will be coming back here, no question.

AmartiRica è stata una meravigliosa esperienza per me. La location è fresca di costruzione ed è tutto nuovo di zecca! La natura attorno è lussureggiante, dalla terrazza si vede perfino il mare ma soprattutto si sente forte con quanto amore sia gestito il luogo! Filippo è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile e fin troppo gentile! La cura che mette nelle relazioni non è da meno di quella che mette nel gestire questo progetto. Sono davvero contento di aver scelto AmartiRica per questo breve stop lungo il mio viaggio, è stato non solo rilassante ma anche ricaricante pernottare in un ambiente tanto amorevole. Posso solo consigliare quest'host, grazie di cuore!

Our stay in Costa Rica was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautiful and perfectly located. We loved everything about it! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was incredible, and we saw scarlet macaws and iguanas daily. Overall, it was a perfect experience!

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage und das Haus haben alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Danny & das Team waren immer freundlich und zugänglich. Als wir festgestellt haben, dass Wespen ein Nest am Haus bauten, war das Team innerhalb von einer Stunde da und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Der Pool war sauber und in bester Kondition. Wir haben besten Urlaub gehabt und kommen gern wieder!

Super convenient location, grocery store steps away, well stocked house, great outdoor space, love the outdoor shower, and most importantly—the property manager was lovely! She was so responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay. The 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants was easy and always full of adventures. The backyard is an oasis where you never knew what to find. We watched groups of monkeys hang out. A sloth chill for the day. Macaws 🦜 fly by and endless amounts of hummingbirds feed on the foliage around. It was such a peaceful yet convenient location that made us not want to leave.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were celebrating a momentous occasion, and the host left a delicious bottle of champagne along with fresh fruit. This was such a special touch and helped to make our stay even that much more enjoyable. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beach view was the wonderful cherry on top! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and inquiries. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to others, as it was a lovely experience for us. Sending a big thanks to the host!

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

My family absolutely loved our time In Manuel Antonio and the stay at this Airbnb. The condo was as advertised and was very spacious and clean. However, the 3 balconies are what sets this Airbnb apart from others. The view is nothing less than spectacular. The different birds and wildlife we saw from the balcony are too numerous to list. The Shana resort was beautiful as well we enjoyed the restaurant, pools, and the short walk/hike down to Biesanz beach. Vanessa was also very helpful and booked several tours for us including day and night tours to the park, fishing, horseback riding, and a chocolate/coffee tour. Every tour was great and unlike similar tours in other destinations these tours were all better than advertised. In summary I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough. Costa Rica truly delivered for my family and left us all inspired. Can’t wait to return someday and experience more of this wonderful country.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!
