Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bicheno

We had an amazing stay, the house is incredible with amazing views, a beautiful fireplace and the hot tub with views of the ocean was awesome. Would highly recommend this very special property to anyone

Felt very homely and when the weather is cold, the inside of the house heats up nicely. Really liked the quality of the bedding and comfortable beds. Brought our small dog who remained safe in the well enclosed back yard. Found the host easy to communicate with and was friendly. The wood heater is very charming and really heats up! Overall we had a really nice time and we’re glad we booked here. It was a great holiday experience.

We loved our stay at Sunrise - very comfy beds, very clean, appreciated the milk in the fridge, beautiful views, great kitchen to cook in, very warm, Table tennis table was fun, lots of gorgeous birds, quiet neighbours thanks Jan we cannot wait to come back!!

Beautiful spot to spend a long weekend. So close to the beach and amazing to hear the wave crashing at night. Even though it rained quite a lot, we were explored the coast on foot, raced waves on the sand, and stayed cosy inside with the fire on and soup cooking on the stove. Kids loved all the games. Husband got out for a mountain bike ride and loved reading the retro mtb mags! Thanks for having us!

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults and 4 children under 5. The home was perfect for our travelling party as it accommodate the kids as well as the adults. We loved the open living space, it allowed the kids to have room to spread out. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms very clean. We’d stay here again if we were to visit Bicheno.

This was a very unique and special house. Amazing location in the woods & a beautiful view out the kitchen windows. Fire was large & very much needed on some freezing cold winter nights! Cosy & comfy bed & couch. Only 20-30 mins drive to nearby towns Swansea and Bicheno for meals and not too far for day outings - lots to do within an hours drive.

Fabulous view of the hazards. Well equipped home with heat pump and private deck area out the back. Short walk to local shop/cafe. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay in Coles Bay. House was in a great location to the towns restaurants, groceries and to the national park. We loved our stay.

I stayed here with some friends for two nights while visiting Coles Bay to do the Mt Amos hike in Freycinet National Park and it was the perfect base. The location was peaceful and conveniently close to the national park, cafes, and the beach. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay during Autumn. The host was responsive and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. The only other thing is we ran out of gas for the BBQ grill on our final night but was too tired and late in the evening to inform the host. Something we'd definitely request in future. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the area!

Central location on the main road of Derby. House was very comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen (by Airbnb standards). Fireplace was excellent for the cool nights and the multiple outdoor areas were all well used. The bike lockup and workshop is very in point for Derby and allowed us to store our rental bikes securely.
