Upper level of this beautiful 2 level house situated in a prime location is rented out. It has a very big living room, plus a bedroom with attached bathroom+toilet. Also there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a balcony area in the front and back. The bedroom sleeps 2 adults and the living room has a very big divan area which can sleep 2 adults easily. There is a separate stairs access to the second floor which has it own main entry door.

We adore and appreciate his concern over our stay. House is incredibly beautiful. House has pleasant ambience. Great kitchen with mixer, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, utensils, all clean. Rooms are spacious with AC , iron box, iron table, wardrobe and if feels warm. New towels with bathroom kit. 3 bathroom. Living room has TV, short size sofa, Big sofa, outside sitting area has recliner. Playing area , mini garden. Washing machine and drier. Each corner has dustbin. Free WIFI. Best is dedicated parking space. Overall it's better to book in Biju sir place than a 3 star Hotel. We got more than we anticipated. Many many thanks to Biju sir and his father for the hospitality. our 4 days stay was just memorable. Great House, great location - everything is almost within 5 km. Thank you for everything.

May have been our best stay in India! Manish is a friendly and communicative host. Arrival was easy and place matched the photos perfectly. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Located a little out of the city centre but autos were easy to organise and very cheap to get to different tourist places. Area was nice and relaxed with birdsong in the morning and some close amenities (restaurants, shops etc).
