On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Riding my motorcycle from Maine to the Black Hills of Sturgis was a bucket list item. Staying at Amber‘s place was the lap of luxury after nine straight nights in cheap hotels. It was well equipped, squeaky, clean, and a peaceful location. The only complaint I have is I had a really hard time finding it and that is not Amber‘s fault. The description on Airbnb said to turn on crook Mountain Road and the road has since been renamed once I found it, though it was two nights of luxury and rest.

Absolutely beautiful place to relax! This is a great get away for someone looking to find some peace in nature. The camper has everything you need to be comfortable. If you’re looking for “convenience” this is a bit out of the way on a dirt road without any grocery stores or restaurants nearby. The host may have some eggs and baked goods for purchase. Our only regret was not planning a longer stay to really take advantage of how relaxing and serene the land is.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alix's place!! The space is exactly as described and very amply supplied. The king bed is quite comfy, there is a dedicated work space and the wi-fi service is great! The wonderful tray of snacks and treats was an extra nice touch! Due to multiple surgeries, my husband is challenged by stairs, prior to booking Alix offered their help getting our items upstairs, if needed. And true to her word, Alix, Brad and boys were extremely helpful - without being asked! Alix provided very detailed instructions on where to park and how to access the space. Being frequent AirBNB guests, Alix welcomed our suggestions and promptly provided additional items. (i.e. dish drainer & toaster). We enjoyed several visits with Alix and her family and look forward to our new friendship with them (we are building a new home and moving to the area)! We felt right at home here and will definitely be staying again!!

It was a cute little cabin tucked away in the woods, I thoroughly enjoyed it! The first morning a flock of wild turkeys strolled by and the second a herd of white tail deer! It was cozy and felt like home, I would recommend it to anyone!!!
