Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bethany Beach

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and exceptionally well stocked. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the very comfortable screened in porch. A few nice surprises: the water pressure was fantastic, the washer and dryer are huge, and there was ample fridge space upstairs and a second one on the first floor. Paul was also very responsive during our stay and very nice! We’d love to come back again!

I’ve never walked into someone else’s home and felt immediately like it was my “happy place” until Niki’s beach home. Our two young daughters were also smitten and have already said they want to go back to the beach house. The home itself is beautiful. The location is perfection. It was so clean & well stocked. Im going to be stalking the availability calendar to go back!

What a lovely house right by the ocean! We truly enjoyed the peace of waking up with ocean sounds and views every morning. The house is well equipped for travellers’ needs. The deck was our favorite part and we tried to have most meals outside. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my elderly grandmother. Would definitely come back!

This was one of the best rentals our family has ever stayed in—beautiful, clean, comfortable, great location, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need! We especially loved the hot tub, massage chair, and ALL the games (e.g. arcade, air hockey, skeeball, foosball, basketball) that kept everyone entertained. We got great use of the pool and gym at the clubhouse, which also conveniently offered a shuttle to the beach. The beach gear made our days on the sand easy and fun, and the kayaks were a fantastic bonus. Host communication was excellent- extensive instructions and information including local recommendations. My husband and I want to relocate to Delaware from Florida. We booked this place cause it was in close proximity to where we were researching, Rehoboth, Lewes and Milsboro. This place was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The block was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We didnt have anyone else with us but the house has plenty of room for more people. I highly recommend this place.

Ian was very responsive and proactive when we encountered an issue and had a technician onsite within an hour. We also greatly appreciated being able to check-in early. Condo was clean, close to shopping and restaurants and we enjoyed the pool! Would happily stay again.

Amy’s friendly and welcoming beach house was the perfect after Labor Day getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for family meals. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated closets and drawers in all three bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and wagon available so no need to bring them . The local Bethany Beach was within walking distance, though after the summer season we found easy parking one block from the water. Great price for a long weekend near the beach after the summer season. Amy was attentive and available. We had no issues at all, and would eagerly book a long weekend again at Amy’s home.

Very nice place, community and location. The house was very clean, well stocked and we felt very welcome. There’s a lot to do just in the community (several pools, nice clubhouse, pickle ball / tennis courts, dog park, etc). It was 10min drive to the beach and great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend staying at this house. We will definitely rent it again!

Perfect two bedroom place with two decks (front and back). The back deck is perfect for catching up with friends and family. The beach is close and there is a great restaurant on the corner. There is also a wonderful little playground in the neighborhood near the tennis courts. We had a great MDW! Would absolutely stay there again!

This is our second summer coming back to this beautiful Airbnb. My family and I just got back from our 3 night stay and we did not want to leave this magical place. I am super picky when it comes to finding a place to stay but this place just felt so clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and it was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Rick and Alene go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and they are incredibly friendly and hospitable. We can’t wait to come back every summer! This house is the best kept secret, just a short drive to so many beaches!

It is obvious that Dennis and Steven take great pride in making sure that you have a wonderful, worry free vacation. They have thought of everything. The place is well stocked with everything you didn’t think you needed…it comes in handy. Every detail from the beautifully decorated place to the welcome chocolates and Caramels made it feel welcoming. You will never meet anyone nicer than Dennis and Steven! Thank you both for making us feel welcomed in your home!

John’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with some friends! We could walk to everything and it was great to have a place to park the car!

Highly Recommend! Wonderful experience! Felt like a home away from home (only cleaner, better organized & beautiful decor! Loved the games & shed offerings! Home is spacious with excellent storage. I stayed with my 3 teen girls (I drove & brought a good amount of stuff! -- plenty of room!) We loved the deck! I had overthought this & compared to a million different properties from south to Rehoboth. Grateful I I chose this! The covered deck was incredible. I was nervous about it being covered & about being less private. I had no problems with with privacy on the deck. The deck being covered was amazing. When it rained, could be outside & enjoy. When sunny, still got sun and could have much needed shade. I'm a nature lover -- most incredible moon rise over the ocean, stars & sunrise and more. We ate out there, played games, enjoyed the hammock. Sofa bed is comfortable! The online photos are nice, but don't do justice. Great vibe! Laura is a 5 star Amazing Host! Love to Return Again! TY

As my review indicates, they were very responsive. Any issues I had were minimal, but I still mentioned them upon checkout, and the response was very kind and you can tell he wants guests to be comfortable and have everything that they need and the space be clean. Everything is decorated wonderfully. I would definitely stay again in this or one of his other properties

This was my second time staying with Dana, and it was another great experience. The place is impeccably clean, well furnished to make you feel right at home, and stocked perfectly for a longer stay (with beach chairs and towels, games, puzzles, and all the kitchen amenities ). Her place is only a block from the beach in a beautiful quiet area and walkable to downtown Lewes. The nearby beach is quiet, quaint, and relaxing. Overall a perfect experience, and cannot wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's home. While it was a part of the house, it had a separate entrance, so we never interacted with the rest of the household. We felt as though we were in our own little house. Though not overly large, it was perfect for the two of us. All the amenities that one would need, we felt right at home. It's just off the main strip - close to all of the outlets and the beach was very close by. VERY convenient location and we would certainly go back again.

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach with two toddlers and this Airbnb was perfect. The location was very quiet, family friendly, and centrally located to many activities in the area. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the condo was. Theresa and Geri were incredibly thoughtful with offering bread/milk for our kids prior to arrival, as well as providing snacks, beach supplies, and gifts for our kids. Communication was excellent with clear instructions, lots of recommendations for food and activities, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We could not ask for a better experience and would love to return!

We loved Raj’s place! We have two young children and his place was fully equipped to entertain them with books, toys, etc. Best Airbnb we have stayed in so far 😊

House was very home like. Host was very communicative which made the stay much more easier. Had very clear explanations of everything. We enjoyed ourselves, definitely.

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

Absolutely loved staying at Heather's property. It was peaceful, quiet and looked exactly like the photos provided. Only a quick walk away from the beach and boardwalk area. Would love to come back again!

The condo was easy to find and easily accessible!! The location is a short drive from the beach and very quiet!! We loved that the balcony was enclosed by a screen to help minimize the bugs and heat; There were plenty of utensils and cookware to assist you with cooking during your stay. Overall, Our stay was enjoyable and We would recommend this booking to our friends and family. We look forward to booking again!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

What a great place! Walkable to historic Lewes. Walkable to the Bay or you can drive with free parking Mike mentioned. The place was great and I can't wait for my next stay!
