Beach condo vacation rentals in Bethany Beach

Sea Colony in Bethany is great location convenient to everything beaches have to offer. Appreciated the wheelchair handicap accessible bathroom. Reserved parking right outside main door and easy access to elevator which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and condo was nicely stocked. PLEASE NOTE: You do have to pay for each person over 4 yrs of age for Sea Colony badge / parking. You do have to bring your own linens. Host was very responsive to all communication.

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach with two toddlers and this Airbnb was perfect. The location was very quiet, family friendly, and centrally located to many activities in the area. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the condo was. Theresa and Geri were incredibly thoughtful with offering bread/milk for our kids prior to arrival, as well as providing snacks, beach supplies, and gifts for our kids. Communication was excellent with clear instructions, lots of recommendations for food and activities, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We could not ask for a better experience and would love to return!

Had a lovely three-day getaway with friends to this well-appointed condo. They arrived before us and were impressed by how spotless it was. We loved the Adirondack chairs on the front porch (though it gets hot there as the afternoon sun comes in) and the swing seat on the back screened-in balcony. Carrie has obviously carefully thought about all amenities and that was appreciated. The only issue we had was that the people on the floor above us sounded like they were wrestling up there at all hours. The listing also led us to believe there was a kayak rental onsite, which wasn't the case. But the pool and hot tub nearby were wonderful, and we loved Bethany Beach. Thank you!

Ricki was a great host and sea colony and the condo were absolutely awesome for our 6 and 8 year old boys. Cannot wait to go back again.

I can't say enough good things about Ana and this lovely condo. First things first, Ana as a host is everything you'd wish for- friendly, sincere, gracious, patient and very helpful! A week and a half before check-in, my sister had a specific question about parking in town so I asked Ana. She took the time to point me in the right direction and also suggested Salt Air for the kind of restaurant we wanted. And she was right! This condo is lovely, I've been going to turtle bridge for years so the proximity to the bridge and Silver Lake was wonderful. We are already daydreaming of when we'll come back. Nothing is more soothing than sitting with your morning tea and checking emails with the lake moving so close to you. We were able to go out and play badminton, walk to the market, walk into town and visit our old friends- just a dream. I even had to leave half a day early, unexpectedly- everything was smooth. I forgot to throw away my mouthwash bottle in the bathroom when leaving- sorry!

Wondering place we stayed at! Clean room, with some modern furniture. This room has everything we needed. Definitely will come back.

We had a great trip and love staying in Sea Colony, especially with a young toddler. Access to all of the amenities (and of course the tram) was a hit. The unit was clean and well represented in terms of what was provided and what we needed to bring. Would love to stay again in the future!

Booked a last minute trip and found this gem. Great deal, was very spacious with amazing views. Updated and decorated very nicely. Comes stocked with everything you need. Steps from the beach and close to attractions but not too close. Host was very responsive. Note: Only hang up was the pool was under construction, which was stated in the listing. Also the water line to the outside showers was cut for construction, so there’s nowhere to wash the sand off your feet. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was an amazing place and we had an awesome trip!

We had a great long weekend with our 18-month old. We were able to set up a slumber pod in the bathroom which was able to be kept cool with the ac from the bedroom and the slumber pod fan. Plenty of outlets. Everything was easy to use and host was super responsive. Great area to stay in between Northbeach and the Rusty Rudder/Lighthouse. There’s a playground a block away too. Loved it!

We had such a great time! We have been frequents Airbnb users and this has to be one if the best units we have been to. Susan has thought of everything and the unit was in great shape and just so comfortable! We highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful get away!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Angela’s Place. It was cozy and well kept. I am from the area so I knew there was plenty to do around town even in the off season. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is beautiful , cozy and makes you feel right at home on the beach. The king size bed is so comfy and the place is super clean and smells amazing! Great views!

We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

Had a great vacation. Would stay again at this location. Was a lot going on in OC with it being senior week but was still a great time.

Cozy condo & very clean. Beautiful view. Saw two dolphins! Cocoanuts restaurant is a 2 min walk if you want a quick meal after a long drive arriving. Most restaurants are a short drive 1-5 minutes including the boardwalk. If you Uber they arrived within 1 minute at our condo. Patrick was very responsive as we had a language issue with the TV and he stayed up late to resolve it which was very appreciated. He responded within minutes at a late hour. Elevator access to 5th floor. Very large comfortable bed with good AC. Two beach chairs provided & a fully stocked coffee bar. Comfortable living area. Can beat hearing the waves at night from the balcony. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Kathleen’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to ocean city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog and was in a nice location-only a 15 minute walk to the beach! We had a great stay.

Amazing place to stay at Dewey Beach! We will definitely be back! Everything is so clean! The little details to everything really made this an incredible stay, from the kids toys, toiletries, kitchen items, even little mints in the bathroom! They truly think of everything! We cant wait to come back!

Great space for a couple and clean! The location was fantastic -- walkable to some great restaurants, to get coffee in the morning, and to CVS in case you forgot something. Also, close enough that you can do about a 20 minute drive to the inlet and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time and the place was great. Very clean and well decorated and all the kitchen accessories you need. The add says that there are beach towels and other beach items like umbrella etc. However, there are no beach items so make sure you bring your own.

Catherine's place was great for our family and young son. The location is tremendous and there are great views just eating breakfast and sipping morning coffee. The place itself is well stocked and has a very efficient layout (pocket doors) for the space. Catherine was super responsive and understanding, we really enjoyed our stay.

Kendra is very sweet and her home is wonderful. All of the appliances and furniture are very modern, and the mattresses were very comfortable! The location is very quiet and very close to the beach, maybe a 6 minute walk, which was very convenient for us with small children. There’s also a lot of grass nearby for pets.

We love staying here so much. Very walkable and convenient. Easy for us to park our bikes in the back. Perfectly supplied and Stephanie is super responsive whenever needed. One of our favorite places to stay!
