We stayed with our two pets here and we had a good time. The place was very close to the beach ( 10 mins walking distance) as well as in a gated premises so we felt very safe. Yet it was close to great restaurants and cafes. Markets are also around. It felt as a peaceful homely stay after the holiday activities of Benaulim. Definitely recommend if you want to stay closer to the beach, and great restaurants in Benaulim plus a quaint quarter stay.

Great stay, can see the beach from the villa. Very helpful and friendly staff too. Be prepared for some loud music at night coming from the beach clubs! Overall highly recommend.

Best place to stay in North Goa. Location-wise and view-wise, a great apartment. Hope we will again plan a family booking for the same home.

We had an excellent stay at Karl's place...enjoyed the property... its bang on the beach yet private... lots of good eating and partying places around... the caretaker family of Santosh and his mom made delicious breakfast for us and cleaned the rooms everyday...totally worth the money spent...we were also lucky to have a very robust sea breeze all the 3 days... that made it even better... Karl's relative has a restaurant next door who provides 15% discount on food... excellent food (palms and sands)... all in all we thouroughly enjoyed and will surely come back to the property again post monsoons

What an absolute gem! A truly magical place with great staff, really felt at home here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in South Goa! We went for Christmas with my family (6 adults) and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lancaster and Shibu coordinated our arrival, so we didn't have to stress about anything when we arrived in Goa! The villa is incredible, it's spacious with beautiful furniture pieces, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable. All the rooms are a pleasure to spend time in, we particularly like the outdoor balcony! The pool is great and the beach is very close by. It's a lovely quiet beach with some beautiful stretches, only a short walk from many beach shacks in both directions. Would recommend Baggies Beach Shack and Magzika to anyone visiting. The staff were incredible. Lancaster was always available if we needed anything, even giving us a local phone to use if we needed. We also rented bikes from Lancaster for the duration of our stay which were dropped off to the villa, in very good condition and a very fair price. All of the staff made our stay stress free and fun, Lancaster, Santosh, and our favourite security guard Bikash! We arrived late on the first day and after Lancaster and Santosh dropped us all home, Lancaster took two of us out to pick up some food for the rest of the group! Really went above and beyond on so many occasions! I cannot speak highly enough about this place and the people here, we all are sad to be back home and want to start planning our next trip!!

it's a Great place in Goa, at Vasco you are just 100 mtrs from the Baina beach. This beach is a perfect for non-touristisic getaway, literally it's empty in the early morning and you have the whole beach for yourselves. During the night, you can have your own parties at the beach, as the house is walkable in 2 mins. The host Cynthia and the property manager Kenneth were really friendly and they made my stay in Goa a great experience. Infact in one of the bedrooms the Airconditioner was out of order, and Mr. Kenneth had replaced it with a brand new A.C, he had to be physically present there until 11 PM to manage it. I was impressed with his dedication at his work. just one disclaimer, the flat is at 2nd floor, so you have to take steps, I had visited with kids and my old mok, who had difficulty with the stairs, but for young people, it's very comfortable, spacious, and a friendly host at a great location. I'm looking forward to book again with Cynthia and Kenneth. Regards Ram

We’re Goans who chose this villa for our cousins get together and to say that we felt like home away from home is such a great feeling at this place. It is such a beautiful property, very aesthetic and very relaxing. A dream home indeed! Rohit and Deepak were extremely sweet and very humble too, they would not let us do anything, even wash a spoon or anything. The breakfast was good, the tea was even better. Everyone was very communicative, Myron and Omkar were very friendly and easy to communicate too.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

It was beautiful and the perfect get away. The beach feels like it is fingertips away. The hosts assistant was also super helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

Had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Villa in Calangute, booked through Airbnb. The villa had a serene and relaxing ambience, with a lovely pool, lush greenery, and the beach just 300 meters away – truly the best part for beach lovers. A special mention to Ms. Asha, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was constantly in touch from the time of booking until check-out, ensuring that all our needs were met. Whether it was a small issue or a quick query, she responded promptly and resolved everything. Her warm hospitality and proactive support really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient and well-managed getaway in Goa!

Excellent Family-Friendly Stay in Goa! Rating: 5/5 We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property in Goa with my family! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. Meherangez is a wonderful host. She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

The property exceeds expectations with the beach right behind its garden, is well maintained and beautifed. Children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had good variety of delectable food!

Worth it! Ganesh was very interactive and asked daily about our comfort during our stay and guided us about local places, food and market. I would recommend to stay in "Spectrum Hub" while in candoline.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! It really exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

Great host great location anil and his wife were fantastic popping up to change bedding and towels whenever we needed them to the AC broke down so messaged anil and was fixed same day super helpful would definitely stay with them again if we come back all the best dave and mandy

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this great location of Casa Europa, minutes away from the Beach and all the excellent restaurants in the vicinity, everything was walkable. Our Host, Inderpal and his Team including the Manager, Amit were extremely Proactive and Responsive. They offered us a clean, comfortable and a cozy property and fixed some minor issues instantly. We used their well laid out kitchen to do some light cooking and also ordered excellent meals including Breakfast from their Catering Kitchen on site. They also arranged our Airport to property and back to Airport ride. Hands down , I would recommend this property and would rate it with Five Stars.

Highly recommended!! All the amenities available were working perfectly fine and feel so much like home. Walkable distance from beach and easy check in with 24hr security. The only negative thing about the place is the pool. It’s not clean and not looked after. Overall, it’s a perfect home!!
