We are in a great location to catch a sunset, whale watch, take a stroll along the beach, search through the tide pools at low tide, or check out the lighthouse. All right across the street . Also a prime location to watch fireworks on 4th of July. This is a bottom floor unit with excellent ocean and lighthouse view.

Enjoy a stylish but cozy cottage that is over 100 years old. Totally renovated with most modern conveniences, at this centrally-located place near downtown. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, Beach Front Park, the light house and the Harbor. All within walking distance. This is one of the oldest districts in Crescent City with craftsman style and Victorian houses. Charming. Bring your bikes, we have some great bike paths.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.

Within walking distance from Walmart Supercenter (0.2 Miles / 4 Minutes) and Sutter Coast Hospital (0.7 Miles / 14 Minutes) makes it very convenient. This home sits on 1 acre within a quiet neighborhood. Lots of sunshine fills this property and is great for a family getaway. If you want to be centrally located this is the home for you. The beaches, Redwood forest trails, and grocery stores are within a five-mile radius. This home is a guesthouse that sits about 50 feet off the back of the main house. There is currently a shared yard that is not fully fenced.
