I spent a few days at Daniel's apartment with my family and we really liked it. It is close to the beach and close to shopping, has beach service, an ice machine and direct access to the beach. Check-in and check-out were quick and without bureaucracy.

Vanessa's apartment is simply perfect, super clean, smells nice. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The Gourmet area is spectacular, the hot tub made all the difference, we had rainy days and enjoyed it a lot. My husband loves to barbecue and loved the gas barbecue and all the utensils. It was very worthwhile, our stay was perfect.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

great villa for us who went in 2 adults and 1 child. super clean, covered and very smelling pillows, well-equipped kitchen,only the stove oven and the unworked television near the Guaratuba River. The house is new/renovated with all kitchen utensils, and furniture available. The shower to remove the salt at the entrance even has hot water. The space is spacious, airy, the facilities are pet-friendly (to be agreed with the owner) Impeccable facilities and cleanliness, very comfortable and pleasant. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The house was completely renovated, with new floors, finishes and facilities, very easy to keep clean. At night, even a 5-minute walk from the beach, you can sleep listening to the sound of the sea. I recommend and intend to return.

The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it.
