Vacation rentals with a patio in Beroun District

Ganz tolle Gastgeberin. Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos. Wir waren 4 Tage in dem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sophia war bei fragen schnell erreichbar. Wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn und zur Altstadt. Gerne wieder.

The place is very clean and in a new building, which is in a modern neighborhood. The parking place is a real treat as parking can get quite pricey near the city center. The kitchen is well equipped for a shorter or medium stay, while the combo washer and dryer allow you to pack lighter and do some laundry on the spot. Also, even though you can't see it in the pictures, there is another small room in the apartment where the washer is located, and here you also have some closet space to unpack. The balcony is lovely and is a great spot for enjoying the morning coffee and a bit of fresh air. You can reach the city center in less than 30 minutes on foot, while there are plenty of tram and subway options 5 minutes from the accommodation.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung wirklich sehr genossen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige aber zentralen Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war freundlich und sehr zuverlässig, wir haben uns jederzeit gut gefühlt. Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip ideal: In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, die nächste Metro- und Straßenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis ins Zentrum (Altstadt) läuft man ca. 30 Minuten, für uns war das perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns überzeugt: Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos kochen konnte. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und das Bad modern und gepflegt, eine sehr komfortable Unterkunft. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Heerlijke plek net iets buiten het centrum. Heel rustig, schoon appartement met restaurantjes, koffietentjes, supermarkt en metro om de hoek. Binnen 15 min zo in het centrum. Ook fijn om hier te chillen na een dag lopen en een kleine maaltijd te bereiden. Lekker balkon met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker terug!

We stayed at Jans place on our 3 day trip to Prague. The apartment was very cozy and clean, in a more private and quiet neighbourhood, far from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but still very accessible by the tram. Jan was also very friendly and accommodating by allowing us to check in early. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Prague.

The stay was peaceful. Instructions were given, even recommendations. It’s in great location. I can imagine in hot summer it could get a little bit warm, but other than that- superb. Thank you.

Fabulous place to stay in Prague! Jana’s apartment is really beautiful and in the best location, beautiful surroundings, away from the really busy old town which was only five minutes walk away. The bed was super comfortable and huge, and the bathroom and kitchen all worked well with a very comfortable sofa and pretty courtyard where we could relax and have a glass of wine. Jana kindly left us a few beers to start our holiday when we arrived which was welcome after our trip from London and coffee pods were provided also. If we came back to Prague we’d definitely look to stay here again as it was simply perfect in every way. Jana’s recommendations of places to eat and visit were also extremely helpful and we visited many of them. Jana and Jan are great hosts!

Ubytovani bylo situovane v prijemnem prostredi a v klidne casti mesta. Parkovaci misto je prijemnym bonusem. Hezky zarizeny byt, velmi cisty a perfektne zarizeny. Radi se vratime.

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war großartig, alles war leicht zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, von der Buchung bis zum Check-out lief alles reibungslos. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und werde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit habe. Absolut empfehlenswert! 🌟

Wir waren zu Fuss dort und habe dann Verleih Räder benutz. Damit war es super. Die Unterkunft war total ruhig, blitzsauber und die TErasse war super. Wir hatten eine super Zeit

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, le logement était très agréable, très propre, ainsi que l’accueil et les petites attentions. Une petite maison où l’on trouve du repos et du calme. Uniquement à 30 minutes du centre-ville de Prague, parfait pour nous. Notre hôte a été Très gentille., Et très réactive à nos messages. Enregistrer dans nos favoris, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit guter Anbindung in die Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vernieterin war großartig

Hostitel s námi komunikoval rychle, pokyny k ubytování jsou přesné. Byt se nachází na klidné ulici, kde se dá v pohodě zaparkovat. Výhodou okolí je nakupní centrum, kavárny, spousta restaurací a také velmi dobrá dostupnost na městskou dopravu (tramvaj a metro). Co se týče samotného prostředí bytu, tak jsme byly mírně zklamané a to predevším hned po příchodu do bytu. Byl zde cítit zvláštní zápach. Nejspíše ze sedací soupravy, která má fleky a polštáře, které na ní jsou, by bylo potřeba jednou za čas vyčistit, vzhledem k četnosti využití daného bytu i jinými hosty. Byl to velice silný zápach. Za to nejspíše přímo hostitel nemůže, neboť má najatou úklidovou firmu, které je to očividně jedno. Bylo by dobré i pro budoucí hosty, aby si uklidová firma dávala větší péči i s čistotou tohoto typu vybavení. Nejčistší místností byla koupelna. V ložnici nás zarazila absence zásuvek u postele. Zásuvku u dveří nebylo možné používat. Nefungovala zde televize. Ostatní vybavení v bytě bylo v pořádku.

Jakub communicated well and the listing has local cafe/restaurant recommendations which was great. The bathroom is very small like other reviews said, but it didn't bother us for a one night stay. And even though the appartment is on the top floor it was possible to cool it down at night with all the windows open (we were there in June, it was very warm outside). I wouldn't recommend it for people that aren't fit because the 4 floor walk-up can be a lot, but if you aren't planning on going up and down a lot it's totally doable. Thanks Jakub!

Veldig fin, ren og ryddig leilighet. Hadde det vi trengte for 4 dagers tur til Praha. Fin beliggenhet, rett i nærheten av restauranter og shoppinggate. Ikke for langt unna gamlebyen. Terrasse fra soverommet med sol på morningen/formiddag/tidlig ettermiddag. Mot rolig bakgård. Utsikt mot katedralen og borgen fra takvinduet. Lett inn-/utsjekk med kodelås. Anbefales og jeg/vi ville bodd her igjen.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

Rundum sehr zufrieden!!! Passend für 2 Personen, alles da, was man braucht... Kommunikation mit Jan war großartig..immer schnell geantwortet und versucht zu helfen ! Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Stayed in this apartment for a week and we absolutely loved it, if I lived in Prague I’d wanna live there. Tram and metro right round the corner, lovely eateries down the whole high street. Apartment was huge loved the bed with two duvets, TV and fully operational kitchen, lovely shower and the Air conditioning was AMAZING! Would recommend Jakubs apartment to family and friends as worth the price and the communication from Jakub was the best I’ve ever experienced. Helped with travel and replies very fast. We actually got a text off Jakub when we were at the airport that we had left some souvenirs behind and it’s brilliant to know the cleaner didn’t just pick them up and leave, that she actually contacted Jakub who could then follow that onto us. So so trusting and now we are waiting for them to be sent to us which is another amazing thing that Jakub is doing for us! When we come back to Prague we will definitely be staying at one of Jakubs apartments Thank you for everything Jakub!!
