Vacation rentals with a patio in Beroun District

She was a great host. We really were happy with the neighborhood which was close to downtown but less crowded and more relaxed.

The place is very clean and in a new building, which is in a modern neighborhood. The parking place is a real treat as parking can get quite pricey near the city center. The kitchen is well equipped for a shorter or medium stay, while the combo washer and dryer allow you to pack lighter and do some laundry on the spot. Also, even though you can't see it in the pictures, there is another small room in the apartment where the washer is located, and here you also have some closet space to unpack. The balcony is lovely and is a great spot for enjoying the morning coffee and a bit of fresh air. You can reach the city center in less than 30 minutes on foot, while there are plenty of tram and subway options 5 minutes from the accommodation.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Praha 2, excellent location and good connections to central Prague. Jakub was very responsive to our needs during our stay and even recommended some local areas we should visit!

Lovely place just outside the city center. Very quiet, clean apartment with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket and metro around the corner. Within 15 minutes you can be in the city center. Also nice to chill here after a day of walking and preparing a small meal. Nice balcony with beautiful views over the city. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

We stayed at Jans place on our 3 day trip to Prague. The apartment was very cozy and clean, in a more private and quiet neighbourhood, far from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but still very accessible by the tram. Jan was also very friendly and accommodating by allowing us to check in early. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Prague.

The stay was peaceful. Instructions were given, even recommendations. It’s in great location. I can imagine in hot summer it could get a little bit warm, but other than that- superb. Thank you.

Fabulous place to stay in Prague! Jana’s apartment is really beautiful and in the best location, beautiful surroundings, away from the really busy old town which was only five minutes walk away. The bed was super comfortable and huge, and the bathroom and kitchen all worked well with a very comfortable sofa and pretty courtyard where we could relax and have a glass of wine. Jana kindly left us a few beers to start our holiday when we arrived which was welcome after our trip from London and coffee pods were provided also. If we came back to Prague we’d definitely look to stay here again as it was simply perfect in every way. Jana’s recommendations of places to eat and visit were also extremely helpful and we visited many of them. Jana and Jan are great hosts!

My stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and very well equipped. Location was great, everything was easy to reach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, from booking to checkout everything went smoothly. I felt at home and will definitely come back if I have a chance. Absolutely recommended! 🌟

We had a very pleasant stay, the accommodation was very pleasant, very clean, as well as the welcome and the small touches. A small house where you can find rest and calm. Only 30 minutes from downtown Prague, perfect for us. Our host was very kind.And very responsive to our messages. Save to our favorites, we will undoubtedly come back.

Jakub communicated well and the listing has local cafe/restaurant recommendations which was great. The bathroom is very small like other reviews said, but it didn't bother us for a one night stay. And even though the appartment is on the top floor it was possible to cool it down at night with all the windows open (we were there in June, it was very warm outside). I wouldn't recommend it for people that aren't fit because the 4 floor walk-up can be a lot, but if you aren't planning on going up and down a lot it's totally doable. Thanks Jakub!

Very nice, clean and tidy apartment. Had what we needed for a 4-day trip to Prague. Nice location, right near restaurants and shopping street. Not too far from the old town. Terrace from the bedroom with sun in the morning/afternoon/early afternoon. Towards a quiet backyard. View of the cathedral and the castle from the roof window. Easy check-in/check-out with code lock. Recommended and I/we would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

Stayed in this apartment for a week and we absolutely loved it, if I lived in Prague I’d wanna live there. Tram and metro right round the corner, lovely eateries down the whole high street. Apartment was huge loved the bed with two duvets, TV and fully operational kitchen, lovely shower and the Air conditioning was AMAZING! Would recommend Jakubs apartment to family and friends as worth the price and the communication from Jakub was the best I’ve ever experienced. Helped with travel and replies very fast. We actually got a text off Jakub when we were at the airport that we had left some souvenirs behind and it’s brilliant to know the cleaner didn’t just pick them up and leave, that she actually contacted Jakub who could then follow that onto us. So so trusting and now we are waiting for them to be sent to us which is another amazing thing that Jakub is doing for us! When we come back to Prague we will definitely be staying at one of Jakubs apartments Thank you for everything Jakub!!
