In the house is living room with fireplace, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage, terrace, garden with pond.

Even the famous “genius loci” comes to inspiring us! We offer comfortable accommodation in a former mansion above the unique medieval castle Křivoklát. The stone from which our house was built remembers the hands of Michelangelo Buonarroti's contemporaries, William Shakespeare… The house is adjacent to a direct pedestrian path to Křivoklát Castle (360 m). The same path will lead you to the village, to several nodes of hiking trails, to the information center of the Forests of the Czech Republic, to the shop (270 m), to the restaurant (315 m) and to the children's playground (230 m).

The cottage is family and pet friendly. The cottage has a spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside towards the Berounka River. You'll enjoy beautiful trips nearby on foot or by bike. The garden around the cottage is fenced and lockable. It is also possible to use a built dog pen. There is a fire pit in the backyard for an evening sitting by the campfire. There is also a charcoal grill. Next to the cottage there is a small playground with a carousel, children's house, slide, swings, sandpit.

Chata Dřevák is an experience accommodation on the edge of the forest near Štěpánský pond designed especially for families with children. Well accessible - 35 min. by car from Prague, 30 min from Pilsen. Parking on the property. Štěpánský pond is located 500m from the cottage. Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area and Brdy Protected Landscape Area with the highest natural peak of Central Bohemia - Tok can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Everyone can rest in our house. There are 2 bathrooms, a spacious children's room, a room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a living area with a fireplace. Large garden, fireplace (including wood), barbecue, outdoor seating. Kitchen equipped with all accessories including lever coffee maker and grinder, induction, oven. Nearby: Jindřichova skála, Castle Valdek, Tok, Jordan, .... Walking and cycling trips. Swimming in the Zaskal dam. We only rent the house when we are outside of the Czech Republic.
