The apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Lieser on the Central Moselle, which is only 5 km away from Bernkastel-Kues. The Moselle can be reached on foot in a few minutes as well as the center of Lieser, where a bakery, a butcher, a hairdresser and an Italian are located. Further up in the village is also a shared practice with several doctors. Known for the wine, you can see vineyards everywhere on hikes or bike rides on the Moselle; so also above and next to the house.

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

In the immediate vicinity is a playground, mini golf, bakery and nearby an entrance space for paddle boats or canoes. Dogs are welcome, we charge 5€ per day and a final cleaning of 25€. Directly from the apartment you can go with your dog on the Mosel Gassi. Also for golfers there is the 9 hole golf course Hahn nearby. About 30 km.
