Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

The apartment offers a living sleeping area. In addition, the apartment has a shower, separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. A large private terrace overlooking the vineyards and the Lahnstein castle ruin as well as the beautifully designed garden complements this accommodation.
