If you wish is to experience the midnight sun or northern lights, see the sea or mountains, go skiing or mountain shoes - create memories for life at this unique and family-friendly place in the beautiful fishing village of Torsken. The house offers many hiking experiences right outside the door, or as a base to see all the adventure island Senja has to offer. Grocery store and a lovely restaurant within walking distance from the house, same with pub on the pier on weekends.

New Joker shop in the surrounding area, several hiking trails, halibut museum, national park, inland and sea fishing, boat rental nearby. 2 hours by car from Bardufoss airport. 1 hour drive to Finnsnes. 1 hour by fast boat to Harstad. 3 mattresses upstairs in the loft in addition to the two bedrooms. The lodge is placed right underneath the worlds Northern Lights oval, making it a perfect location to watch the green skies dancing outside – all from the comfort inside of our panoramic windows. The famous Segla peak is right in our backyard, and the hiking trail starts right outside our doorstep.

Cozy home outside Tromsø, Sommarøya.

Sommarøya is a small village 1 hour outside Tromsø. There is a bus twice a day on weekdays, during the weekend a bus runs Sunday evening. There is good parking for the rental car. In addition to listed rooms, the house has a room with a double sofa bed. This room is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. There are also a room with a singel bed. Animals are allowed at request.
