Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. It is about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest ski bus stop. Zell am See city is 3 min drive. The lake is less than 5 minutes by bike. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of the countryside at about 50 meters in altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest inn is 1km With a cozy atmosphere, you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families,couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you have to book each room individually with groups. We look forward to hosting you! No public transport at the house!
