The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

FeWo Nesterl The access to the special apartment is a bit steep with 24%, but it is worth it. The newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment is built with natural materials made of wood and stone. In the living area, a Swedish stove and the nature stone wall provide a special feel-good ambience. A well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom with Italian tiles, rain shower and sauna are another highlight. Large outdoor area with garden seating and fantastic views.

Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful countryside. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic estate at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is just a leisurely walk to the city center. The Rauchenbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own Baroque garden, which was first mentioned by name in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French Emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.
