There are two bedrooms and two toilets in each living room and kitchen, so you can live independently even if two generations come. 4 The bathroom attached to the main bedroom has a spacious bathtub, so you can take a half-bath while looking at the sea. 5. The front of the house is facing Olle Trail Route 7, and there are many cafes/restaurants/convenience stores next to both sides, making it convenient to live in a living area. 6. There are e-marts and hospitals/sports facilities within a 15-minute walk from the house and a 5-minute drive away. 7. Parking is available both above ground and underground 8. If you walk 10 minutes to the back block of the house, there is a bus stop, and there are many shops such as various restaurants, bakeries, etc. The living area is very convenient. 9. Our accommodation is located right in front of the sea, so the scenery is good, and it is located in the city center, so it is a space with all the convenient locations. There is a convenience store within a 2-minute walk, and there are many cafes, restaurants, and eateries nearby, and Olle Market is a 5-minute drive (20-minute walk) away. It is close to nearby tourist attractions such as Cheonjiyeon Falls, Jeongbang Falls, and Lee Jung-seop Street, making it convenient to visit.
