The service is super good, the check in and check out was super easy and we could leave our bags there for the day ! They offer a free tuk tuk to the city Center! It’s a cozy and calm place , super clean and I loved the pool ! The breakfast is also super nice and you have a lot of choices !

Place was very good! Breakfast was not included, but was very tasty. Beer is cold in the fridge ;)

The stay with Igor and Michele was just nice. It is quietly located, the pool and the many seating areas invite you to relax. We had breakfast together and the whole atmosphere was super friendly and familiar. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

Beautiful new place only open 3 months. Still some minor works taking place but nothing disruptive to our stay. We were the only people there st one stage - like our own private villa! Awesome views! Great location for wandering the lanes of Unawatuna for eating drinking and shopping. Very attentive, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Best accommodation we had on our 10 day trip to SL!

Majic location to swim in the warm sea, spot the turtles in the evening, relax in the sun or shade with also options of outdoor shower and pool. Great spacious clean room and comfy bed. Lovely hosts that are happy to accommodate your needs.

We stayed in Shanil's place for 6 nights. We were greeted by Suranga and his team immediately after arriving we received a cool coconut drink and felt right at home. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Suranga and his team did an excellent job. Especially the food was fantastic, the chef did an excellent job. One of the best Srilanken food we had in our vacation in Sri Lanka. We had breakfast and dinner as well. The even provided our kids with western breakfast. We felt welcome from start to end and didn't want to leave. Hopefully we are back. The house with the 2 double room and the separate house with the family room is well set up and gives each guest his own privacy. The location is great with the beach and the ocean right in front of the house. With a 15min. Tuktuk ride you are both in Mirissa and Weligama. Thank you very much for having us.

Our family of 6 have just spent a wonderful week at Villa Alba. The villa was perfect, the food was amazing and the staff and setting superb. Not in the heart of the action but we were looking for something secluded, yet accessible when needed. The accomodation was even better than it appeared on the website. Special thank you to Kalana, who looked after us everyday, nothing was too difficult for him. All the staff went the extra mile, they picked up on our preferences and adjusted the menu and room service without even asking. We came away feeling very relaxed and would highly recommend a stay at Villa Alba to anyone. Thank you to all the team for making us feel so welcome.

We had such a great stay at mates villa! It’s a gorgeous space, and we loved using the pool and enclosed yard every day. As it’s newly opened, the rooms, kitchen and overall property is in pristine condition. Really good value for what we paid and would love to stay again next time we visit. Special shoutout to the hosts, they were so friendly and welcoming, and even helped us book a taxi to our next destination. Thank you!

Thank you for the wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and you could tell they worked as one team. This place became a true source of warmth and friendship for me. Every evening, they asked me what I wanted for breakfast the next day. When I got sick, they brought me plenty of tea with lemon without asking for anything in return. They organized a whale watching tour at a price lower than other excursion providers. I felt completely comfortable and safe.

Great place to stay for long time. Reasonable prices and value for money. Super clean rooms and swimming pool. Owner Lakshitha is nice and super helpful. The kitchen is eqiuped with all the items to cook by ourselfes. The breakfast from the shanthi boutique villa was more than expexted. Overall a super experience. Love to stay more on this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is awesome, beautiful landscape and surroundings . The bungalows are decorated with style and quality furniture. The bed is very comfortable . The room is lovely and just as it was in the photos. Tall ceiling and light and airy. You can see waves breaking from the bathroom window (great if you’re checking the surf!). The cafe downstairs does great coffees and poke bowls. The host was very helpful and quick at communicating. It was perfect for our needs so we came back to stay again!

We felt welcome from the very first second and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is hardly to grasp how much love and creativity have been put into every detail of this hotel. Amazing place to stay in Mirrissa, close to everything you'd want to do, the place was really clean and spacious, the host helped us in getting back to the airport, even cooking us dinner one night. We will hopefully be coming back next time we are in Mirrissa.

Perfect accommodation in Hikkaduwa. This place is quiet and the views are incredible. Area around pool is now more overgrown than in the picture. Our host was very helpful.

It's a beautiful place. A small paradise with the beautiful garden. To welcome we got 2 coconuts, which were freshly harvested from the palm tree - very friendly host.

A beautiful villa in a quiet place near the rice fields, peacocks, monkeys and beautiful birds walk around the villa, friendly staff, delicious rice and curry and Tom Yam soup. There are retro cars on the territory and I took a picture with them)
