Guests must bring towels, toiletries, and bedding! This is the only home on the 35 acre property, but we have family and friends that fish it occasionally.

It is a wonderful, quiet little cabin with plenty of air conditioning to keep it nice and cold inside on some hot, windy Kansas days. The front window over looks a nice little pond with a water feature. I saw some deer in the area in the evening. She provided everything you need for a quiet, comfortable stay. It just a very well laid out cabin in a relaxing atmosphere. It's a great get away and I plan to go back and stay again soon. You are close enough to all the surrounding communities to get all the food and entertainment you need within a 20 minute or less drive but far enough away to avoid all the noise and fast pace of being in town. Come out and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Erik’s place was exactly as described. Everything was super clean and it had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels. I really appreciated the available coffee, and the backyard space was just what we needed. Additional bonus was that there were plenty of hangers in the bedroom closets and ample drawers. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you Erik for your excellent hosting.

The duplex was great and very well stocked. It was clean and the fact that we could use the garage was and added bonus!! The beds were very comfortable as well. I wish they would have explained the key code operation as it was not familiar to us, and we ended up locking ourselves out of the duplex in an uncomfortable moment. They did respond and remotely open the garage door for us so we could get back in. I am from Wichita originally, so I was very familiar with the location which was close to friends and relatives which worked out very well. Will definitely try to stay there again on my trip next year. Thanks for being good hosts!!
