Chantal and her husband are an extremely welcoming, very friendly couple. They enjoy interacting with their tenants and offer great advice. Their studio is very well designed and pleasant, and Chantal does everything possible to make the stay go smoothly. We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

We stayed one day in Solène's accommodation, access is simple and clearly explained. We were also able to store our bikes in the space provided for this purpose. The communication and accessibility of our hosts was a plus.

The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally met our expectations.

Very welcoming and accommodating host. Very nice cottages. We only stayed one night so we couldn't enjoy everything that was available and especially the pool, the boat, the garden. But it made us want to come and spend more time there.

Nadine is a very attentive host who was even kind enough to send me my forgotten charger during my stay. She also allowed me to safely return my car full of things to her yard. The accommodation is brand new, spacious, nothing is missing. It is very quiet, allows easy access on foot to the city center and the view of the pretty garden is very pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation

Shirley is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is ultra clean, nicely decorated, it feels like home. Close to all shops. We'll be happy to go back. One of the best and most beautiful homes we've ever done. 🙂 Everything is great!

Very nice accommodation, well designed, beautiful space. Terrace and this beautiful veranda super nice. The only negative point and perhaps to be specified is the fact that there is no TV. Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have enjoyed and they especially the TV. Maybe plan an extra concert available a little tight in bad weather. Each bedroom has its own super nice bathroom as well as toilet.

Very nice, clean and functional accommodation. New in perfect condition and very well equipped. We had a nice stay there with our 4-year-old son who was able to enjoy the garden and the toys left on site🤗. There are beautiful beaches, I recommend "Marie's cabin" at fault on Sea. Beautiful beach and quiet. Thanks to Brice, and maybe see you next time...

Very responsive and kind host. Impeccable accommodation in terms of cleanliness. Everything was functional and very well-equipped. Easy parking. Bakery, tobacco, pharmacy, shops nearby. Nothing to say other than I recommend it!

Julien and Auriole were perfect hosts. The location was just perfect and almost grand design with the decor and layout carefully created. The pool & bbq area was brilliant too. My only critique is that Julien should get professional photos. The ones on the website do not do justice as to what an incredible place it really is. Thank you for hosting us 👏🏼
