The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

We had a great stay at the apartment. There was nothing missing, everything you need was available. The apartment is just like in the photos. Modern and lovingly, but practically furnished. Very clean. Easy check-in. Very nice and uncomplicated landlord. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Thank you very much, Simon and Sabrina.

We felt very comfortable in Nora's apartment and had a great stay! The apartment is very clean and well equipped, the small garden is also great. Everything important is within walking distance. There is also a great vegetarian/vegan restaurant and a nice café nearby. From Kochel, you can take many super beautiful excursions, we can especially recommend the hike to the Herzogstand and a bike ride around the Walchensee. Communication with Nora was always great and we quickly got answers to our concerns. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Nora's Airbnb!☺️

Cordula and Bernhard are very friendly and caring hosts. You can tell right away that they know exactly what travelers value. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. When the weather is nice, you can use two seating areas in the very well-kept garden. For recommendations of any kind (hikes, activities), the two were always available. Thank you for this great experience! This was our first Airbnb stay.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It really had absolutely everything you need. The location is great for all kinds of activities and yet it is quiet. We felt very comfortable. Thanks also for the beautiful flowers and the sweet jam that was ready for us. We had a great stay and will be happy to come back.
