A beautiful apartment with all the comforts and a great pool!!Everything is very quiet in the area and with the car, you're very close to everything. The host was very communicative and quick to reply. Upon arrival, he had some nice touches that are appreciated, he was flexible and very kind. We will be back! 😃

Such a nice place to stay. Everything looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean/comfortable. Self check-in was a huge plus as was the responsiveness of the host. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Tom’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. Tom was super responsive and replied to our messages quickly. The location is also really convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and only 3 minutes to the nearest Consum market. A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

The stay was super nice. Daiana was very nice to us and sent a dossier before the stay, which was very helpful, for example, for bus trips or taxi. In addition, she responds very quickly and also answers questions about the area and other small things. The way to Valencia is very good and without transfers thanks to the bus line in the village. The well-equipped kitchen can be used very well to cook for yourself. The location on the beach is great, you can hear the sea rushing and can take beautiful walks on the promenade. Overall, the accommodation is perfect for a holiday for two. We enjoyed the time very much and may come back.😁☺️

Adrianne's apartment was absolutely spotless and very well cared for. It was a very homey and welcoming space. The wifi was excellent, the AC was cold, and the shower was full-sized. The location was very good, it was a short walk to the Bétera metro station, markets, and cafe's. Communication with Adrianne was excellent! She was very responsive and helpful. I had a great stay here and would absolutely stay again!

Roberto's place is one of the best I've ever stayed at. The location is excellent, everything in the downtown is within walking distance, restaurants, breakfast, shop next door. Spotlessly clean, huge space, equipped kitchen, everything looks brand new. The cooling is quiet and even, the bed is comfortable, the apartment can be darkened. Access is easy, they even help with luggage storage if you need it. Roberto and his team's communication and attention to detail was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and found Valencia to be a fantastic city to spend time in. Personally i give this place my total recommendation and we had a great time.

Great host, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good gastronomy is (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, there is no dishwasher. However, dishwashing utensils are also provided. Upon entering the apartment for the first time, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, would definitely come back anytime 🥰👍

A very nice, very well equipped apartment right in the heart of Valencia. Really helpful hosts. Street is quite noisy in the evenings but the bedroom is at the back so that wasn't a big issue for us. Nice balcony at the front overlooking the bustling street, just big enough to have breakfast on. Overall, a great flat and great hosts.

This was our first time in Valencia and we picked the perfect apartment. There were four of us and we all had plenty of room. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. The best part was that it is perfectly located. We were able to walk to many restaurants and local shopping. The beach is a short taxi drive from the apartment which was also great. I highly recommend Anna Maria’s space.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

The location makes it easy to walk to all kinds of nice spots, such as restaurants and places to go. The old centre is a 30 minute walk, which is also nice! We are happy to have stayed at Maria’s place right on the beach in Patacona. Even on a popular weekend, it was very quiet alternative than Malva-rosa steps away. The apartment was very clean, looked better than the photos, spacious bathroom and outdoor patio, and comfortable living room.

the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
