Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Belmont Shore, Long Beach

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

A wonderful and convenient spot, this place is close to everything you need! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and convenient store! Very short drive to nearby places such as Balboa Island! The place itself was exactly as pictured, very clean and quant. Perfect for our family of 4! The only thing I would mention is this is the bottom unit, half our stay we were there with no one above us, the other half did have renters above and the walls are quite thin! Luckily our daughters have a sound machine and were able to sleep through the walking around upstairs! Nothing the upstairs neighbors could have done but just something to keep in mind being the bottom unit :) still a 5-star experience in our opinion with all the other great things this house offers.

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

This home was beautiful, loved the stain glass windows. The pool was spacious enough to fit all of us. There is a variety of restaurant options, along with a grocery store, that is walking distance.

Great place to stay, host was very helpful and ensured that our visit went well. Communication and support was great! Highly recommend this spot for others, the backyard/hot tub/house was a great space to spend time with friends and family.

Anthony & his wife made everything super easy. The neighborhood is nice, the house is super cute, perfect size for a family of 5 or less or a get together. The check in and check out are at perfect times as well which was super nice. My only complaint is definitely needs to update the picture and ads, my boyfriends little brother was supposed to stay on the “futon” but come to find out it was completely different furniture in the living room and the couch wasn’t the best to sleep on he said. And the Tv 📺 as soon as you open the door is a bit dangerous/skeptical just cause all it takes it once accident with the door and the tv will be broke! Other than that I would recommend the place a million times! Super beautiful , hosts are super sweet made everything a breeze , and they even are animal friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog it was still awesome to have the option! This home was perfect for a laid back trip; the pool and hot tub were super relaxing, the backyard super private, and the inside was very comfortable and cozy. Jorgen was a very responsive and polite host! No trouble with parking, finding the place, or check-in. Jorgen made the entire process seamless so we could focus on our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate Jorgen for opening his beautiful home to us!

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy surf house near Huntington Beach! I booked it as a Father’s Day getaway for my husband and our daughters, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach—and the house had everything they needed for a relaxing and fun trip. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering great local food recommendations that helped make the experience even more memorable. You can really tell they care about their guests. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a laid-back charm that fit the beach vibe perfectly. My family had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

This is the best place to get when you come to Newport with family. It is the perfect distance from the beach to the Fun Zone and all the shops and restaurants! The rooms are amazing and the kitchen is perfect! We plan on staying here again!!

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

Enjoyed my stay. Very clean and nice apartment. Close to lots of places to eat. Will def come back if I am in the area.
