Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

Hop on bicycles and ride the famous Poudre River trail to all the famous breweries in the heart of downtown Fort Collins. 25 minutes drive to Mishawaka Amphitheater in the Poudre Canyon. 10 minutes drive to CSU campus. Come in the summer and you’ll surely find the property owners training and riding horses. The owners have a passion for Mustangs. There might be a chance to watch them gentle one of these wild horses.
