Monthly Rentals in Bellevue Beach

Great and very clean place with excellent amenities. We liked the quiet location. Shopping, snacks and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. Beach with swimming in about 1000 m; S-Bahn Ordrup max. 5 min walking. Jægersborg Dyrehave Park with the many wild deer is also less than 2 km away. Parking on the side of the road is easily possible. Very comfortable and large bed, stable and fast internet; very, very small bathroom with good shower; perfectly equipped kitchen. Slightly clairaudient - currently (9/2024) due to scaffolding (roof is being expanded) a little restless and in the rain at night you can hear the drops quite loudly. Great contact with the landlord. The problem with the front door would be responded to quickly, professionally and kindly. We would like to stay there again anytime.

Stéphane’s place was very cozy, clean, bright and well-appointed. I was visiting a friend in the area and it felt like I had my own flat to come home to. It was very easy to check in and Stéphane was very responsive and made sure I arrived ok. It complimented the neighborhood, which was very safe, quiet and easily accessible via bus and train, with several great shops and restaurant in walking distance. I highly recommend this place as a reasonably priced accommodation in Ordrup, and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location. It is a room in a really nice house with a lovely couple and their son. Highly recommend!

i booked Erik's appartment for 4 months and I was in love with the place and the neighburhoodone of the posh áreas in Copenhague The appartment was a. bliss for me aftef searching for a reasonable place to live Beautiful terrace and if there is one thing that I was not happy about was the share shower,right now they refurbish and looks much bettter but still I had to dry the floor with a Windows small tool ,is so uncomfortable to bend over all the time ,I told Erik ,but at 31st of January nothing has change ,for the rest was perfect for me .Erik is a nice guy and very communicative ,he offered some help when I needed ,changing the Cook,Washing machine etc If I had come back to Cph for sure I will rebooked again.
