Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Quiet apartment in the heart of the Jourdain district, picturesque and lively place, close to the magnificent Parc des Buttes Chaumont. Cozy two-room apartment, 40 m², ideal for a couple or single person with fully equipped kitchen. Modern and pleasant set. A large kitchen open to the living room has everything you need, basic spices, cooking utensils and a large refrigerator as well as a very simple washing machine to use.

COVID-19: To ensure the highest level of safety, we follow Airbnb's recommended cleaning rules, we use a bleach disinfectant spray. Vintage, friendly and warm refurbished apartment of 60m2. It is quiet overlooking courtyard and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro, a changing area with many local shops, very close to the Jean-pierre Timbaud district, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise.

Beautiful view, bright, perfect location!

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

Bright cocoon in Jourdain village

Beautiful apartment, charming, comfortable and warm. It will be perfect for a couple or family stay. In a pleasant area you will be close to Place de la République (15 min), the Marais district with its many shops and its famous Place des Vosges (and art galleries), or the Parc des Buttes Chaumont and Père Lachaise Cemetery. You can arrive so quickly in the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame Cathedral.

Apartment was perfect, excellent for two people, walking distance from many metro lines so very easy to tour around Paris. Neighbourhood was fantastic and safe, excellent restaurants, bars and bakeries in the area to please everyone tastes. The perfect spot for a romantic stay in Paris. Host was excellent, highly responsive and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend Juliette as a host!

Great accommodation with a great landlord In the middle of life with many restaurants, bars, etc. and yet very quiet, we felt super satisfied. Everything was very clean, we had plenty of space, the kitchen was very well equipped. We will be happy to come back.

We loved Thomas place. Well located, quiet with beautiful natural light and a view of Parisian rooftops. A great place to spend time. It felt like a home which I like in an Airbnb.

We loved this Airbnb!! Really lovely apartment in a trendy area and really well connected to the centre. Couldn’t fault it!

I had a great stay at Marie Charlie’s place. The apartment is located in a very chsrming neighborhood. I liked both the location and the house itself; it felt comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Marie Charlie was excellent. One thing to note for future guests: the apartment is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. It wasn’t a big problem, but it was a bit of a challenge with my large suitcase. I managed just fine and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the stay.

Luminous flat in bohemian Paris

Having my daughter living in Jourdain I have stayed in a few AirBnBs in the Belleville area and without doubt Marie's has been the best! A large one-bed apartment on the 7th floor with great views from the living room side, but in fact the apartment goes through so there are windows on both sides. The place is tastefully decorated, and Marie is obviously an avid collector of books so there is a great collection. The kitchen is fully equipped - I cooked dinner one evening for my daughter and her boyfriend and had more than everything I needed. Marie left quite a few spices etc to assist with the cooking which was excellent, but most importantly also provided a container of really great quality coffee! I already know the area well so I can confirm that this is an ideal location - Jourdain station is just a short walk up the hill, and Coronnes down the hill if you have luggage to pull and you can get direct to Gare du Nord from there.

A vintage public drinking fountain is situated on the corner of a tree-lined square. Surrounding structures exhibit classic Parisian architecture, with details of wrought iron and brick. Pigeons gather around the cobblestone area, while a motorcycle is parked nearby, adding a touch of urban life.
