We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. Oliver is such a thoughtful host, very easy to communicate with and quick to help. He lives just behind the house, so when we needed the sofa bed, he brought it over right away. We were in town for the HITC Festival, and the location was perfect, really close to the Rose Bowl Stadium and not too far from to the city either.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house itself was very clean and comfortable.

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The place was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The appliances were super fancy. We were worried about the area since east LA can be ghetto, but it was a family neighborhood with some old houses. We did not feel unsafe at all. I would definitely book it again in the future if back in town.

Great stay in a clean and spacious home! The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the Metro station. The property comfortably accommodated our group with multiple rooms and bathrooms, and we especially appreciated the gated parking space. The house was impressively well-maintained and clean throughout. We loved the light coming in on three sides in the main kitchen and gathering area. Would recommend for groups looking for a well-located, clean, and spacious place to stay.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

My family (including a 3yo and infant) and I had an excellent stay at Mylbra’s. The property was beautiful, serene and comfortable. We had everything we needed and at a central location for a long weekend. Mylbra was also so kind to my daughter who was fascinated by her beautiful garden.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

The guest house is beautifully decorated, private, and peaceful. Gillan allowed us our privacy but was very helpful when we had questions or requests. The dogs were adorable and a big bonus!

I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

Travis & Trisha were very accommodating and their place was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfect for our getaway and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great and no fuss location in South Downey, bordering Southgate. You are five to seven minutes from the city center, quick jump to the 105, 30 minutes from Redondo, 30 minutes from LA, 30 minutes from Disney, and quick jaunt to the beach. Parking is a little tricky. But Yolanda was accommodating.

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

everything was exactly how it was described and the way the pictures looked. we had a blast in pool, which had a water slide. close to various freeways so we were able to get to the places we planned convenient and easy. we have already talked about staying here again at the end of the summer.

Leslie was a great host and made sure everything was very clean, organized, and thought out. She was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions. The space itself was great and exactly what I was looking for. It had a comfortable backyard space, that is hard to find in the LA area. It is clear Leslie puts in a lot of effort to make her place stand out.
