Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Belize City

Loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and the bike provided were super useful. We loved the area too, even though it was outside of the main area, we ate at the cheap local restaurants and explored the south side. We also explored the North island which we would recommend to anyone planning a visit. Dianny was super kind and gave us a lot of advice. Overall a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Prefect location ! Private but walkable distance to everywhere we needed to go ! Bikes were a plus . It was so cozy and we enjoyed the pool to cool off from the sun when we took a break from the beach . She was so amazing . Would recommend to anyone I know

What a fantastic place! After spending 6 days on Caye Caulker, I can say that I wouldn’t want to stay on any other part of the Island. South Pointe is secluded and beautiful. The house was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop deck was incredible for stargazing and viewing the wildlife. We saw a crocodile swimming in the nearby lagoon from the deck and soooo many beautiful birds. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I highly suggest a golf cart rental for this location, it will definitely make the trips to town more enjoyable. The bikes are great for exploring the area around the house but I wouldn’t want to rely solely on them for transportation. Don’t skimp on the bug spray folks! The windows do not have screens on them and you WILL need them open for airflow to keep cool at night. I’m so thankful that we chose this house for our stay. Linda and Joe were wonderful to work with and the caretaker Joshua was so kind and helpful. 10/10!

We just spent a week on Caye Caulker and stayed at the Coral Casa Airbnb rental. We had a great week and a good part of that is because we stayed in such a great place. The house was well equipped and clean. All of the supplies that are described in the offering, were there . We fixed breakfast most mornings, and enjoyed sitting on the front porch, welcoming the day. It is a bit of a walk from the house to the main part of town, probably 15 minutes, but on occasion, we would use the bikes that were available to cut the time down. The positive part of that distance is that you’re not in the extremely crowded Split area. 200 yards away from the house was a great street vendor who made delicious barbecue. We got that for dinner on more than one occasion. The property manager, Roberto, and the owner Dan, were very responsive when we contacted them.

Our 3 nights stay at Konstantin's place was the best of our visit to Belize, we were very disappointed of Belize City but at least when we went home we felt safe, we got some peace in this beautiful property. Near Altun Ha and 45mins to Belize City. I highly recommend it.

Great spot for four adults. This is a little bit of a walk (10 mins) outside of the main town area, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the deck/pool was a wonderful spot to relax. We loved our time at on Caye Caulker and would stay at this spot again.

We booked very spontaneously as we had to cancel another location, because of its bad conditions. Bobbi reacted extremly fast and flexibly, was very warm, friendly and helpful, gave us a great welcome. We loved our appartment, it was so well equipped and very charmingly decorated. We had the best time there and can only highly recommend it. Great to have the pool and the bikes included as well. And, additional treat, there was a mixer in the kitchen, so we could make our own daiquiris with fresh mangos/papayas etc - loved it!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

This was my second time staying at OASI Apartment Rentals, and it won’t be my last! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was coming home. The property is absolutely stunning — lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the apartments, creating a peaceful, private oasis that perfectly matches the name. The grounds are beautifully maintained and full of vibrant plants and local charm. The apartments themselves are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s the perfect balance of cozy and functional, whether you’re lounging after a day of exploring or prepping a quick snack before heading out. The staff here are beyond wonderful — so friendly, warm, and always willing to help with anything you need. They truly go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of, and it really sets OASI apart. Caye Caulker itself is such a gem — great food everywhere you turn fresh seafood, local flavors, and beachy cocktails!

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

The Hummingbird Hideaway made our time in caye caulker so enjoyable! It is a bit out of town which meant many peaceful nights and mornings. We were able to walk to everything we needed within a 20 min walk, but golf cart rentals are an option as well. The kitchen also had tons of supplies if you are planning to eat in at all. Bobbi helped us arrange transport to the Ferry. Recommend for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

Great time here! The place was as described and we had a great 4 day drip in Caye Caulker. You can rent bikes from her son which was super helpful for getting into town quickly.

Great place, great staff and great value. Easy going, yet efficient. Felt safe for both our car parked outside and ourselves inside. Breakfast was a bonus. Will definitely be staying again when in the City and will be recommending to friends.

This is a very private location and great to just relax. We loved cabin 1 with the view of the water. We spent a good amount of time relaxing in the hammocks on the dock. Being that there are no stores or restaurants, we took advantage of Emily’s cooking and it was great! Eugene took us on a very adventurous snorkel trip and was a great captain to/from Belize City. Omar was such a kind and polite help with everything. Notes for future travelers: There is a full kitchen and plenty of drinking water. You can haul groceries in and cook but we definitely recommend Emily’s meals. Bug repellent is a must. We definitely recommend a couple of days on this caye if you are looking for a slow paced location.

Godfrey communicated with us in advance and arranged pick up from airport to a restaurant (he had a few recommendations) and then being brought from restaurant to the cabin He was very friendly and welcoming The cabin was clean , nice wooden floors, comfortable bed , quite, felt nice with A/C We were able to heat up our breakfast in Mwave and made black coffee

Lloyd is such a friendly and welcoming host. Everything is quite easy when it comes to staying at his place. They also accept pets so my furry friends stayed too!

100% 5 stars! Everything was comfy and perfect! We actually spit our stay up and stayed in two different Airbnb’s and when we got to the second one, we already missed this place! Pool is delicious. Bed is comfy enough! Water is hot and the tiny house stays cold when you get home from sweating all day! I will return!

Have stayed with Sue several times, it’s a great place to stay, it’s on the water, great view and breeze and Sue is a great host, communicates well, place is clean and comfortable and you feel very safe and secure. Great pool is added bonus!! Will stay at Sue Casa again!

From our first inquiry to Lynn, until Eugene and Omar dropped us off at the dock in Belize City; the experience was awesome! Emely met us with drinks at the dock to the island as our boat pulled in - she also prepared the best tasting authentic meals! The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing; and everything and everyone made the experience an incredible one. We loved our time on the island! Thank you!!
