Pensiunea LA IVAN este localizata in Smida, pe malul Somesului Cald; se inchiriaza pentru minim 2 nopti si in regim de cabana; dispune de 5 camere, 5 bai, o bucatarie complet utilata, un living, 3 terase (2 interioare si una exterioara inchisa cu termopan-loc unde se poate face ceaun si gratar), ciubar cu apa calda si jacuzii, parc de joaca pentru copii si caldura in pardosea. Ciubarul nu este inclus in pret, acesta fiind 600 lei/doua zile consecutive.
