This charming detached house is situated in the beautiful Gruia district of Cluj-Napoca. It is conveniently located, in a green and peaceful area of the city, yet at walking distance to the city centre. This characterful house benefits from a courtyard with garden and has the bonus of a splendid heated outdoor swimming pool, open May until September. The house exists of a main house, sleeping in total 10persons, and an apartment with separate entrance from the garden area which sleeps 2 persons.

Large couch, queen size double bed with flat mattress, soft linens. Private bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchenette with essential devices such as a microwave, a hot plate, and frige.

Having fun by customizing almost the entire studio, I prepared it for you in order to have an original, smooth and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city of Cluj-Napoca.

The house was 10 meters from the Heart Institute. My place gives you the advantage of having everything at walk distance. Also Platinia Mall is within 10 minutes of easy walk. Providing a parking slot inside the yard is a great plus in city like Cluj-Napoca.
