Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Belgrade

We had a great, low key girls weekend at Alanna’s place. The hot tub was great for soaking in, and right off the deck. We brought our snowshoes and enjoyed snowshoeing down to the lake and around the property. The tvs in the living room felt a bit over powering, but we figured out how to put two to sleep so we could just listen to music on the third.

We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We unexpectedly had beautiful cloudless days most of the week. Great location & easy to get to the Harbor and Southport both of which we enjoyed! Recommend the Carriage House for a really top quality meal as well as Blue Moon Cafe (good lobster roll) which was one of Shirin’s recommendations. Would totally stay here again!!

By far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Superb location, beautiful river view in front and forest view (with trails) in back. Plenty of garden space to run around in with the kid(s). And only a 5-minute drive into quaint and charming Bath. The place itself was beautifully laid out, with so much space and comfort. Pip was always available, efficient and kind and to communicate with. Cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking respite in nature, comfort in home, and proximity to town.

Great little cozy spot, clean, lots of plants and lights. Very comfortable. Nice little spot on the property by the stream. Close to a variety of hikes and waterfalls. Very happy with our stay.

The area where Sofia has her Airbnb is a close favorite to Vienna where I spent many summers at my father’s camp. It is a beautiful home and very close to the water. My family came from as far away as Australia to be there for my father’s interment in the Mt. Vernon community cemetery. Sofia was gracious and allowed our extended family to stop and say hi to our grandchildren. We had three generations staying in Sofia’s beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of space to spread out. Sofia’s kitchen is a dream and has plenty of counter space to prepare a delicious Saturday afternoon meal, and we took full advantage. Sofia also let us stay on a moments notice because our VRBO rental cancelled us the morning we were all supposed to be arriving there. We appreciate Sofia’s quick response to our need. Sofia’s rental was much bigger and nicer to accommodate all of us.

What a place. So many great things to do. We swam and fished in the lake, the kayaks and canoes were so much fun and at night we sat by the fire pit and played table hockey.The house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

The lakeside cabin was just what I needed. Quiet, private, and right on the water. My dog loved running in the yard and swimming in the lake. The cabin was comfortable with all the basics, and sitting on the porch watching the water was so relaxing. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.

This is a great spot to stay while in Damariscotta - cute, peaceful and comfy, looks just like the photos. It's in a great location, right in town, and near multiple sights and activities, including 4 lighthouses in the mid-coast area - Pemaquid, Marshall Point, Owls Head, and Rockland Breakwater. You can grab the boat to Monhegan in Port Clyde or head up to the Farnsworth in Rockland and tons of other things - it's a fun area and this is a spot that can work nicely as a home base. I didn't see Valerie, but all of our interactions were very pleasant and she's very responsive.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! I cannot say enough about Nancy, the unit I stayed in, or her hospitality! This apartment was perfect and cozy for my visit, with lots of personal touches and extras - if you need it, she’s already thought of it and has it ready for you. She was also very accommodating when my flight was cancelled and I had to shift my days around a bit. The personal touches were perfect - I had farm fresh eggs for breakfast and some delicious muffins too. A wonderful stay, thank you! I will most definitely be back! ❤️
