a very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. very discreet and very friendly owners. a tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): option to eat grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, have a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

We stayed at Thierry's for a week in May. Thierry responded very kindly and uncomplicated to the fact that our arrival was delayed more and more. He welcomed us very nicely and gave us many tips. You can see from the house that Thierry is a flea market fan, we thought that gives the house character, it is really unique. It is quiet, a lot of nature around, the frogs croak their concert, at night the nightingales sing. The large, slightly overgrown garden (we like it) was fenced in so that our dog could go in and out of the house as he pleased. The area is pleasantly not overcrowded with tourists, yet there were opportunities to do something. Small tip: do not stay in the caravan if you are taller than about 180 cm (we are a little smaller, so it worked well). Thank you Thierry, we hope to come back!

We had a great time at Denis's place. Host with unparalleled responsiveness and kindness, a real joy. The house is ideally located, quiet and everything is within walking distance. Decoration, atmosphere and cleanliness are all there, a real cocoon of zenitude, especially the magnificent illustrations and paintings ☯️ Our little cat felt at home, and that's a very positive sign. 😊 Looking forward to coming back soon, thanks for the warm welcome. What to say except thank you! Thank you to Petra and her husband for their hospitality, kindness, kindness and the care with which they meet the needs of their visitors. We came with my daughter to this region which we know very well. This is the first time in 15 years of Airbnb rentals that we have found such a functional accommodation. To go into detail, there is even a jewelry holder in the bathroom, clothes racks. Petra and her husband's love of nature is also a delight, the garden is superb. There's even a compost bin... We will return to this accommodation with great pleasure because everything is designed for the well-being of travelers and to make the stay the best possible. A place for the car, the host who opens the gate for you when you leave… We loved it! Thank you very much 🌱☀️

Great cottages, very easy to access, host responsive to messages and pleasant. The location is very quiet to rest and close to beaches and shops. I recommend it and I would come back :)

A charming cottage very close to st emilion town and very close to the station. Sophie was very kind to pick us up and really helpful with suggestions on good restaurants and places to visit. She was very responsive to every request. We really enjoyed our time there. Thanks for being a great host Sophie. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay with the family at Barbara and Gilles'. They are very friendly hosts. The accommodation is very clean, well located and quiet. If we have the opportunity we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful stay, the home is stylish and well equipped. Location is great - peaceful and private yet close to everything you need. Lovely kitchen and outdoor area for meals and relaxing. Philippe was great at sharing instructions and even when we had a bit of an issue with a wild storm he was on hand at all times day and night in case we needed something. Definitely would return on our next trip!

Beautiful home and grounds! Well equipped with all necessary supplies. Communication with Caroline was excellent! Always with a quick response to questions and even worked out a birthday cake and wine for our traveling friend. Nice outside seating area to enjoy by the pool. Would highly recommend!

Had a great time at Paradis du Bien-être Medocain. Super well located in relation to the sea, the forest, nature and the wines🍷. I recommend it +++. Nadine and Jacques are super welcoming, warm and Nadine offers excellent health and wellness care and advice. I know I'll keep this address for my next visit. 😍✨

Has been renovated and equipped to a very high standard. It was very clean and comfortable and excellent communication from the host. It is the ideal place for one or two couples to base themselves when visiting the attractions of the local area.

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

The house is situated in a completely fenced property, so ideal for our furry friend. The terrace invites you to sunbathe. Kitchen fully equipped, nothing is missing. Wifi perfect. We are Atlantic fans and especially of Pin Sec. This is a 10-minute drive. We thank Florian for the opportunity to have his house made available. As soon as our time allows, we will try to make a booking again.
