A l'étage une mezzanine avec chambre (lit 160/200) et salle de bain. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Notre appartement est parfait pour les couples avec ou sans enfant et les voyageurs en solo. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme à proximité immédiate du marché de Royan et du centre ville. Vous pourrez ainsi profiter pleinement de Royan et ses environs à pied ou à vélo. L'appartement et la résidence sont neufs. Il est très bien équipé, avec notamment un lave linge pour les séjours longs. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse de 50m2, exposée sud, idéale pour profiter du soleil royannais.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
