Wow we loved this place so so much! Firstly it was within the most peaceful setting you could imagine. Sitting out in the garden was so serene, and the wood fired hot tub was a fun bonus! Inside was immaculate, so cosy and homely! Absolutely everything you might think you need was supplied! The upstairs bedroom/bathroom was dreamy! Surrounded by lovely walks (the coastal footpath was only 5 minutes walk away) and close by to some gorgeous Devonshire villages/towns, I genuinely couldn’t fault this property! Hopefully we will be back soon! ☺️

As a group of four we had an excellent stay at Briardene. The cottage had plenty of space and was extremely well equipped and very clean and stylish. The hot tub was lovely and the quiet nights enabled a good night's sleep. There were two parking spaces which was great as the village is small with narrow roads. The village pub was warm and welcoming and the food was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful cottage with cosy but striking decor, really comfortable and cosy. Perfect for the six of us. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep a roast and the garden was small but perfectly formed. The local pub was a stones throw through a pretty village, with a really delicious menu. Only downside was no local shop for a pint of milk, loaf or emergency crisps. But I guess that may be tricky to sustain in second home areas. All in all a really comfortable cottage - thank you x

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

What an amazing stay! It was everything we were hoping for and more. The cottage had everything we needed and also some nice personal touches too. It was so relaxing sitting in the hot tub, listening and watching the birds . The weather was a little unsettled for us but not a problem, as we could sit in the summer house, and look out at the lovely view and our neighbours the sheep! Claire was very responsive with messaging and will look forward to visiting again soon. 🙂

Had a lovely few days away. Chris' cottage is very peaceful and had amazing views whilst relaxing in the garden. The cottage itself is very clean and homely. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking to come to Devon.

We booked here for Christmas 2024 and had the most magical time. Everything we wanted and more. The cottage was stunning, clean, spacious and cosy. The hosts Andy and Rosie were super helpful and ensured we were happy and settled, before giving us our time as a family to enjoy christmas. anything that could have been a potential issue was pre tempted and covered in their communication (example: finding the cottage). We used the converted loft/attic for our 6 year old twins and they loved it, like a den for them. The cottage amenities included a torch in every room which was a great touch for our little ones finding us in the night or if they needed to use the bathroom in the night. The stairs to the attic are steep so aren't suitable for anyone with difficulty walking or climbing. The garden / driveway offers ample space and our daxies enjoyed the new smells and space. Underfloor heating was a really nice treat and the log burner was beautiful 😍 Overall a Wonderful Stay!

Moorland View Cottage is an absolute gem of a place. It’s so charming and very tastefully furnished, and we had a wonderful time. Suzy was such a friendly, proactive and kind host. The linens and kitchen equipment were all of high quality, the little garden was very pretty, and we all slept very well in the peaceful village of North Bovey. The rooms aren’t huge but they are very cosy and immaculately presented, with lovely views. The local pub The Ring of Bells has friendly service and top-notch food. Last but not least the book selection at the cottage was very well chosen and extensive, including loads of information and maps about the local area. Suzy sent a very helpful email before arrival about the local sights, shops etc. All in all a very memorable stay. We loved it. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Harbour Cottage was lovely and clean and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed and more, the cream tea that was left for us when we arrived was a wonderful touch too. Plenty of beautiful beaches to explore nearby and some wonderful restaurants, we highly recommend!

Katie and her family were very friendly and welcoming. The Granary was available to us well before the check in time and Katie advised us on best directions to find the farm. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and felt like home from home. A lovely touch was the fresh Devon time and milk. The shower is very powerful but there is no curtain/screen to enjoy it to the max. Although towels are provided, take a big bath towel if you like to wrap up. The Granary is located on the courtyard of a working farm but is extremely quiet. The patio, down a couple of steep steps, is set in a little garden overlooking the Tamar Valley. It was fabulous to sit in, after a days walking to enjoy the peace and watching the huge variety of birds visiting the bird feeders. A great place to stay for visiting the Tamar valley and surrounding area. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and will return again when we are next down in Devon.

Lovely, immaculate cottage. Great location to walk to beaches and restaurants. Holly was really responsive and recommended a great dog friendly pub for Sunday dinner. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

This absolutely charming cottage is in one of the most beautiful locations in the UK, bar none. Walk/run straight from the garden with your family/dog on to the South West Coast Path and you can meander along the coast for miles in either direction, its perfect! The cottage, while remote, has everything you need, gorgeous bedrooms with sea views and a great pub & cafe roughly 20 mins walk away (uphill). We will definitely return and are already looking forward to doing so.

Thank you Luke & Beccy for a great few days. We needed to relax but still have amenities around us. You were right, we didn’t need to move the car once it was parked. I know we could have travelled & explored but it was more about relaxing in a home from home.

Veronica was a great host, good communication and helpful with information before and during our stay. The cottage was as advertised and was perfect for the 3 of us. Location was less than 10 minutes to Brixham and the cottage was in a quiet location.

This is a gem of a house, so quiet and i switched off instantly. It has everything you need for a holiday home. I loved it here and will definitely be back. Helen was very helpful and responsive. Walking distance to two pubs, parking space and an amazing garden. Perfect for a stay with a dog too. 8 mins drive to beesands beach. Thank you helen!

Cable Cottage has just become our favorite holiday home! it's beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated - all the bedrooms are en suite and it has all mod cons throughout - the fact that it's right next to the beach was a winner for all the family (all three generations) we definitely want to come back for more next year!

Our second time in this very comfortable cottage in an incredibly tranquil setting. We absolutely loved being here, the cottage is well fitted and has everything we needed for a relaxing stay, close to Totnes and the best of the South Hams yet hidden away in complete peace. Highly recommended! Don and Karen are wonderful, friendly hosts.

Thank you Steph, we had a lovely week at your beautiful home, great facilities and nice to have TVs in two of the three bedrooms, treats and towels and blankets for the dog was also a nice touch. Allocated Parking for two cars was also great. The views were spectacular but within a quiet setting. Lots of good recommendations from Steph for dog walks and places to eat. The property is within a short drive to Dartmouth Harbour which is a real gem. The weather was glorious, we took a ferry to get on a steam train to Paignton, spending a few hours there and went on a hour cruise around Dartmouth, taking in spectacular views of the harbour and Dartmouth Castle. We walked to the Green Dragon Inn for dinner and found this a most welcoming place, we were impressed that they rang back when I tried to book and no one answered, sensible to book in advance if you can! A great place to stay, comfy beds and supermarkets nearby. Thanks again Steph for a great stay!

Great location that makes you feel in the heart of the countryside. The beach is only a few minutes drive and larger towns around 20 mins. The accommodation is perfect for our kids - they were off exploring with Nick’s children and we hardly saw them! Even on a rainy day the kids were outside in one of the many different areas onsite. Nick was really friendly and made it feel such a relaxing holiday. Always happy to help and chat. Felt more than just a place to say. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful few days with our children. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful accommodation, beautifully situated in the countryside from where we explored Dartmoor, the beaches of Devon and great towns such as Dartmouth. We had a very pleasant time and are delighted to have been able to stay with Kirsten.

Great cottage and great location for exploring the local area and beyond. Cottage has everything you could need to make it feel home from home. Internet is provided through a Starlink so super fast with no issues whatsoever. James is available at a moments notice via mobile or Airbnb should you encounter any problems which we didn’t. Located in a lovely little hamlet with very friendly neighbours who also leave you alone so very private. Lovely area to sit out of an evening and watch the local wildlife doing their thing. We’ll absolutely be back!

Very comfortable place with spectacular view over the ocean (the sunset!). Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make the evening meals at the house which was convenient as we were travelling with a baby.

A brilliant half term break at Lake View - and surprisingly quiet given the number of families! A super well equipped home, making it easy to cook in (the spar at the garage is impressively well stocked), bbq on the terrace or head out for food. I loved that there were so many hooks and a big basket in the bathroom making it easy to keep on top of the clutter. Kids loved the tennis court and pools, and it was 30 mins drive from anywhere you want to go! Thanks Amanda
