Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Beech Mountain

This was the nicest and cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Jeff and Bunny checked in on us and were very responsive. It took our breath away from the moment we turned into the driveway. Very close to Boone and West Jefferson which was great. We were also able to bring our pups which was a huge bonus! We were not ready to leave. We will be going back soon!!

Our family found this property to be exactly what we needed for our stay.

10/10 Beautiful, clean, private home in Valle Crusis. Our favorite part was the idyllic views from the back porch! Hosts were extremely communicative. Be aware you have to take your trash to the local recycling center (it's close to the property).

My husband needed to stay in the area and Ricky’s place was very convenient. He had an amazing rest time.

Absolutely gorgeous location and the amenities were fantastic. Sadly we only stayed a single night but we enjoyed every part of the house. My wife and daughter were enamored by the creek and outdoor experience even though a flash rainstorm prevented us from experiencing it after dinner. Great place we recommend it!

Great location with a magnificent view of the mountain. Its a perfect blend of cabin vibes and modern interiors. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the fullest. The hosts are proactive and very responsive as well!

Pie in the sky was perfect for our family of 5! The views were absolutely incredible. It had everything we needed to cook, relax and stay for the weekend. Our family has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s and this was one of our favorites. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this property as we were in the area for our son's graduation. It was a beautiful property as described with all the amenities that we needed. It was set in beautiful surroundings and we were thrilled to see the sunrise and sunsets.

It is very cozy for a short stay. It is about 14 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. Great communicating with Amy prior arrival, she greeted us at the entrance.

Warren’s place was great for us and we had everything we needed. A beautiful location, very relaxing. Next time we are bringing the s’mores supplies!

Sabrina was an excellent host and left no questions unanswered! She also had good recommendations. The Cocoon was just as cozy and quaint as the pictures, and we will absolutely be booking again to use the sauna come winter time! I recommend this place for anyone who is traveling with 1-2 people and would like to be within close range of King St!

Jason was extremely accommodating for us, helping us with our booking dates and went above and beyond to make sure we had the dates that we needed. Jason was very responsive and proactive. The location is right in the heart of downtown Boone and was perfect walking distance to campus and plenty of places to eat. Really has made our stay in Boone perfect. Would absolutely recommend booking this location!

What to write in such a small space! Kevin and Susie are precious folks. We got in late on our first night and Kevin helped carry our things upstairs. And chatted with us for a bit. Susie had made some AMAZING cookies for us. We loved the space of the apartment. It was clean, cozy and just as the pictures portrayed. The bed was so comfortable!!! We will definitely be staying here again. Roan Mountain is our me favorite place and Kevin and Susie have the best place to enjoy it! Thanks for having us ♥️

We always enjoy staying here! It’s our go-to place on Beech Mountain. Super-comfortable beds. We love sitting on the balcony and watching the deer while we have coffee in the morning. Michelle is a gracious host and an excellent communicator. Thanks again for another great stay!

We had a great weekend stay in Roxana’s apartment. It was a comfortable place for relaxing and working, and a great home base while enjoying the bike park and local hiking. In the evenings we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

Kyle was helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and the decorations were beautiful. My friend and I had a girl’s weekend and wanted different rooms (because we like to sleep in opposite temperature) and this fit us perfectly. We each had our own bathroom and the beds were very comfy. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry option too. The directions were easy and Banner Elk is a 5 minute walk. The best part was the 180 degree view! I miss it already and didn’t want to leave! There were deer outside our window both days so that was a bonus. We would stay here again for sure!

This Airbnb was clean and updated. Very nice kitchen and stocked with everything needed and more. Would recommend to anyone who wants stay in a nice clean place.

Location is correct! Right at the back parking lot of Beech Ski Resort. Parked car and never had to move it. Enjoyed back deck sitting. Looking forward to next booking there in July!

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!

Trey’s place hit all the marks for what I needed - clean, cozy, comfy, and affordable. Bonus points for an amazing loose leaf tea selection, gorgeous mountain views at sunrise and sunset, and close to everything I wanted to do in the area. (Grandfather Mtn, Linville Falls, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster were on my list - did them all in a day.) All instructions were clear and easy, and I had everything I needed for an enjoyable weekend away in the NC mountains. Go stay here and support western NC!! I hope to come back again soon :)

Perfect location to beech mountain especially if you ski or mountain bike. It was so close to the parking entrance. Also loved the condo itself it was really cute and cozy.

Shawn’s place was perfect for a place to stay while attending concert at Beech Mt. Has all the things you need for a great stay including an amazing back porch with a creek and a view. Communication was great and place was clean.
