We are located on a quiet, private drive just 5 minutes from downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. This is a cozy downstairs apartment with a beautiful window in the living room/hang out area to look out and enjoy the view. There is also a desk workspace for any traveling workers! We are close to local eateries, breweries, shopping and adventure! We are also just a short drive to all three ski resorts as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are a family of two plus our friendly dog!

This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain.
