With close proximity to Bath Spa station, shops, restaurants, cafes and local attractions this is the perfect place to stay and make your base. The accommodation is a Grade II Listed Georgian maisonette situated on a very quiet street but less than 3 minutes walk from Bath Spa station and Bath city centre shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation arranged over 2 floors covering a very spacious 90m2. The property offers two generous bedrooms; the first has a kingsize bed and the second is super flexible in nature with a kingsize bed together with an unobtrusive single bed. There is a large period lounge with two large sofas and a large HDTV. A separate fully fitted kitchen/ dining area has all the modern appliances you need so you can dine with gorgeous views over the garden and Bath. There is a modern shower-room with a power shower and under floor heating, plus there is an additional cloakroom with WC. You will find the apartment well laid out and warm with everything available to make this a memorable stay. We provide luxury cotton bed linen and fluffy white towels during your stay. 11 Southcot Place is the perfect place to start your self catering break in Bath.

The seafront is less than a 10 min walk, where you can enjoy a nice walks, a nice spot for a picnic too, pubs, park for children and who like to ride a bike ita a perfect place to go. The place is 1 bedroom with a double bed, we provide a sofabed in the living room, the kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook. It supports 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Feel welcome!

Light, homely flat by Victoria Park, with free off-street parking for one car. The Royal Crescent is 10 mins walk away. The town centre with the Roman Baths and Spa is 20 mins walking distance across the park, or a five minute bus ride along the road below the park. The Priory Hotel Garden Spa is just along the road from the flat, a five minute walk. In total there is a standard double bed and double sofa-bed (with a single futon mattress available if someone prefers to sleep separately).
