Really nice property, would stay again

Lovely spacious, light accommodation. Very peaceful and handy for RSPB Sandy. We really enjoyed watching the Red Kites that flew really close to the back of the property. A great place.

I booked this for my colleague who were working on a project locally and was perfect for their needs. All of the rooms were double beds which was comfy for all. Hosts were great, very proactive and friendly throughout the stay. If we get a chance to book there again, we will happily stay there again.

10 of us stayed and had the best time. The house was beautiful and very spacious. It had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all laid out exactly how we wanted and the living areas were comfortable and clean. The hosts were helpful and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great place, lovely amenities. I was even happy with the amount of traffic noise ive seen some people complain about. You get pretty good sound proofing once you're inside. Only issue i had was the floorboards upstairs...every movement echoed around the house. You could hear a tiptoe.

The place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to restaurants and the walking path along the Ouse River. The place is fully equipped with even you might need. The Art Apartment lives up to its name. There is amazing pieces of art every where you look. Really can’t say enough about this place. We loved it.

What a beautiful place to stay, quiet and peaceful location. The apartment has everything you needed even milk to make a much needed cup of tea after a long day on the road. Ruth was so attentive and helpful suggesting visiting the local mill also saying we could arrive and check in a little earlier. Great access for local towns and villages. Visiting area to attend a party but checked out Jordan’s Mill which was a delight with a fantastic restaurant attached.

Great place and can be even better if there is WiFi and a washing machine.

Hayley's place is everything you could want when staying in Biggleswade! Just a quick walk from the train station that can take you to London in about an hour, it gives you the perfect small town vibe. The flat is close to Asda for any shopping you may need to do, and directly behind the High Street with tons of pubs and cafes. That flat itself had plenty of amenities and was spotless. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend for your next stay in Biggleswade!

Cute flat; perfect for two people. Liked how the windows let a lot of light inside. We did no cooking as there was no need so cannot speak to that. The water pressure in the shower was great; we wish our shower at home had as much.

What a marvellous little gem!. A beautiful , immaculate self contained unit, with everything one needs for an overnight stay. Shane and his wife were the perfect hosts. Really appreciated the extra little touches, like breakfast things and toiletries. Can't praise this place enough!

Absolutely loved our stay! The studio flat was cute, cosy, and spotlessly clean – the perfect little escape for a couple. It’s incredibly peaceful, with stunning views across a quiet field where we watched the sunset… truly picturesque. The hosts were so friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. They really go the extra mile – we were greeted with a thoughtful hamper of wine and treats, plus a lovely handwritten card. Such a nice touch! Check-in and check-out were super easy, and they kindly accommodated our early arrival. Plenty of parking too, which was a bonus. Would 100% book again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

A great apartment overlooking the river and when the sun shone it was great to open the living room doors open to admire the view. Walkable to St Neots (approx 25mins) along the river. Off road parking for 2 vehicles and close to the A1

We had a great stay, short walk to Bedford Town with lots of shops and restaurants. Clean apartment and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. Tom was also quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had.

A lovely air b&b in the middle of Bedford. Had a wonderful time and a good night sleep!

This was a very nice apartment with good amount of supplied cleaning products to keep it clean. No issues with any at all. Would definitely recommend.
