Private small one-bedroom flat with kitchen, centrally located in the hip North End - a 3 minute walk to the historic Hydrostone Market (bakery, restaurants, boutiques, cafes). Queen bed in bedroom, small fold out sofa bed in living area for extra guest. It’s an older home divided into private apartments. I live on the property in a separate apartment with young children - please keep in mind we are very quiet at night but during the day/evenings some noise can carry when they’re home :)

Charming Historic apt

Built in 1894, this beautifully renovated one bedroom apt has lots of character and is equipped with all of the essentials. It is self contained with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of the North End - walking distance to amazing cafes, markets and restaurants. We live upstairs and go to work early, so we ask that our guests are quiet. We do not have a driveway and street parking is difficult to find. You have to drive around the neighbourhood until you find a spot.
