This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

I recommend Michay's place. The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures. It's in a safe and very quiet environment. I'd like to highlight Michay's kindness at all times, he always responded very quickly and solved some issues that arose during the stay.

Epic, little more to add. It's just like the description, 0 smoke, the truth is that if you're looking for something to enjoy with friends and family, this is the place.

A nice apartment, close to the River court and Darin's empanadas. It has a gym and pool as shown in the photos and we were able to use the parking lot. I would definitely go there again.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

Very nice place, very well maintained. All clear directions. Correct air conditioning, complete kitchen utensils, tv with Chromecast and wifi internet throughout the property. We receive the house very clean. We would definitely come back. I would not recommend for families with children between 2 and 4/5 years old. There is no fence dividing the garden, from the river.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delta Suite, a🍃 beautiful place, surrounded by nature, trees, and the fauna that inhabits it. Emi, who welcomed us, was super attentive and loving to any questions or needs, and prepared delicious breakfasts with local fruits and a lot of love. The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and linens. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit.
